Ven y disfruta de esta acogedora casa de 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños ubicada en el Bosque Marítimo de Bald Head Island. En la planta baja, entrará en una sala de estar y comedor de concepto abierto con una gran cocina bien surtida. Fuera de la sala de estar está su dormitorio principal con una cama queen size y un gran baño adjunto con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha. Sube las escaleras para encontrar una segunda sala de estar ideal para el entretenimiento de los niños. A la derecha hay un dormitorio con una cama queen y una litera. A la izquierda hay un dormitorio con una cama queen size. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con baños independientes y duchas. Disfrute del porche trasero sentándose en las mecedoras con su café de la mañana o un cóctel al atardecer con vistas a la naturaleza de Bald Head y al campo de golf. Hay carros de golf para 2-4 pasajeros para su uso y una membresía del club BHI con privilegios de golf está disponible para una compra por separado directamente del club.

This was a lovely home that fit the needs of our multigenerational family well.
We (my spouse, young children, and in-laws) enjoyed our stay immensely.
The home has clearly been recently updated and it shows. Kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of beach towels, sand buckets, etc.
Both golf carts worked well although one is clearly older and not as fast as the other.
We always love finding a gem of a dog-friendly property and we would certainly come back again!! Location is close enough to the market for all the quick trips my family seems to take to forgotten items or last minute ice cream needs.
We got to meet the owner as we were leaving our last morning and that was lovely as well! Very friendly and conscientious!

The home was well kept and in order, beautiful decor and well labeled areas in the kitchen. Everything was functioning well, no problems, very comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 23 Sabal Palm and would highly recommend

Outdoor porches need pressure washing too many spiders
Inside can use a thorough cleaning, live bugs running around and cobwebs in corners, dead bugs in showers and tubs
Dishwasher did not work and one golf cart would not hold charge

Ice maker broken, didn't get fixed. Streaming TV cumbersome and incomplete. Both golf carts in poor condition, held together with duct tape, limited range due to poor charging.

This place was perfect for our family reunion. Three full baths made everyone happy since nobody likes sharing a bathroom anymore. The screened in back porch was absolutely delightful. I lived out there playing my guitar. Lovely property.

This house was perfect for our family of four adults and dogs. The house is in the forest and we found it to be conveniently located to lots! The house was clean and even nicer in person!

Come Monday is a great house. We spent a lot of time on the screened in back porch with the ceiling fans running. The house is situated in the maritime forest which makes it so quiet and peaceful. We saw deer, lots of legless lizards, and many birds.
The two golf carts were great and had no issues.

A charming house, smartly designed and thoughtfully furnished. Great spaces for the two of us, an adult child taking grad school classes online and our golden retriever. We’ve to been to BHI before but haven’t stayed in the forest area. Come Monday was a great introduction!

Everything we could possibly need and and well appointed kitchen very much appreciated. Management was always quick to accommodate and a pleasure to do business with. Great memories! Would definitely seek out again!

We had a great time at Come Monday. It was the perfect size for our family.

House sits at a great location on the island. Close to the bhi club, shops and the marina. Master bath and bedroom a great size. We sat in the back porch every evening to watch the painted bunting drain the bird feeder:). There is an alligator pond near by which is a plus. Would recommend staying at this house.
