Villa Alzina is located on the beautiful coast of Cala Millor, it has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people.
Cozy and fully equipped villa of 220 m² overlooking the garden and pool.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a storage room for suitcases or personal items, such as, for example, a baby carriage and so on.

On the second floor there are other bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one small single with a bed 90x190. Also, two bathrooms (one bathroom with bath and shower in the master bedroom)

Separate kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
From the kitchen there is a large terrace, a garden with a swimming pool and a barbecue area. Terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining table where you can dine by candlelight, barbecue meat, fish or seafood.

A swimming pool (4x7.5x180 cm) with hammocks is an ideal place to relax, sunbathe or just read a book while your children are swimming. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Cala Millor is a nice residential area in the east of Majorca with a huge variety of beaches and small “calas” (coves). Cala Millor is only 700 m away from the house. The town of Son Servera is 5 km away and has many traditional restaurants. You will like to see Artà and Capdepera, two villages with a warm and welcoming medieval flair. In Porto Cristo you will find the Coves del Drach, a “must” when you visit this area of Mallorca. If you like golf, tennis or paddle, you are lucky! In a ratio of 15 km you will find up to 5 golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Pula Golf Club, Golf Canyamel, Golf Capdepera und Rotana Golf) as well as a paddle and tennis club. If you prefer to ride a bicycle you can do some lovely trips to Artà chapel or the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada.

Villa Alsina is located 750 meters from the bus station, 1 km from the restaurant "Sa Caleta", 1 km from the Promenade and the sandy beach of Cala Millor, 1 km from the center of Cala Millor, 1 km from the supermarket "Mercadona" or "Lidl ", 3 km from the water park" Splash World ", 6 km from the golf course“ Son Servera ”, 5 km" Safari Zoo "Porto Cristo, 70 km from San Juan de Palma airport.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
- A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in.
- One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key.

- Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request.

DEPOSIT
Upon arrival guests pay € 600,00 by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions.

PRIOR REQUEST
- Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand.
- Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
- Second baby cot and high chair € 10,00/day.
- Extra bed if available: € 28,00/day.
All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival.

TOURISM TAX
Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax):
- € 2.20 / person / night for the first 8 days. All following days € 1.10 / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old.
- It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal.
