Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could think of. Plenty of space for 2 but can sleep more (2 queen beds). A very short walk to the beach; which was the best part! Many times it felt like our own private beach as it wasn’t crowded one bit. We will definitely be back!

No surprises-this property was just as listed. Very clean and easy beach access. A clean property is of #1 importance to me and this villa met my high standards. I also wanted a close beach access and this location did not disappoint as the beach access is literally across the street. The furniture and bed were comfortable and it made for a relaxing stay. You can tell they have anticipated things you might want such as a lot of storage space and good books to read. I appreciated that the owners were local and always accessible via phone for any questions or concerns. I look forward to staying at this property again.

I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars! Clean, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, fantastic location....I could go on! Vanessa is a wonderful host who has thought of every small touch you could imagine, to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful setting, close to shopping and dining and a short walk to the beach. We completely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property and we will definitely be back.

My family has been renting off VRBO for years. This unit was by far my best stay to date. Owner was super accommodating, little touches didn't go unnoticed. Late night flight inbound, lights were turned on, air conditioning set to COLD!, starter drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch to get us through until the store the following day. Truly felt like I was staying in a hotel. UNIT IS CLEAN. Other listings say they are clean, this one lives up to it. (Literally fell like I was the first person to stay there, that's a good feeling) Mother/Daughter trip, size worked well for us, wasn't cramped at all, 2 beds / couch&recliner - living/sleeping areas - Efficient with the space. Steps from the beach. Have visited Sawgrass since the 90's, favorite spot in Florida. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. At the onset of the trip, I was missing a pot for the Keurig. (big coffee drinkers) Long story short, previous renters burnt it on the stove, and the owner had yet to bring over the new one. She delivered it at my door within a hour off asking. GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY recommend, looking forward to staying again!

The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished, and equipped with everything you could need and more for a fabulous time at the beach. Every necessity and convenience was provided and any questions were answered promptly. The beach was right across the parking lot and the pool was great and also close by. It was a lovely time all around and I would definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of renting this condo on a recent trip to the beach. I was very impressed with how the condo was decorated and stocked. They obviously took a lot of care to ensure the guests feel at home. We like to cook at our condo and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we might need to accommodate our cooking needs. The personal touches make you feel very welcomed. I can’t wait to rent this place again!

The condo was perfect for us! The owner thought of any and everything someone may need! Convenient to the beach and amenities and easy in and out access without a key! We truly enjoyed our stay there and look forward to staying there again!

A beautiful retreat: the place is super clean and spotless, tastefully decorated with many elegant details. It smells divine, paired with soothing music to create a relaxing atmosphere Love the vaulted ceiling, well-equipped kitchen and in-house washer/drier, plus fast wi-fi! Everything is thoughtfully organized, meticulously maintained. Very comfy beds with luxury sheets, and spacious bath with plenty plush towels, all sparkling clean. Screened porch is fun to hang out, and the beach chairs came handy. We enjoyed daily walking on the beach picking shells and swim in the warm fabulous pool, and felt secure in the gated club.The host is without doubt the best! She is prompt to response, incredibly gracious and accommodating—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return when come to the area again. Thank you so much, Vanessa!

Lovely it was everything you want when your away from home loved having a washing machine so you don't have to bring so much and I loved the porch to sit on in the morning and evening it extends the studio and Vanessa - though I haven't met her is so caring and sounds so gracious we will be back in June just have to get the dates together!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo in Ponte Vedra Beach FL! It is nestled in a lovely development flanked by gorgeous beach homes. The decor has a stylish, relaxing beach vibe and you will find everything you will need during your stay, once you stop at the conveniently located Target or Publix. I loved the back screened in deck, especially for watching the sun set. The owner was incredible hospitable and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!!
