This property is very close to the beach and has everything we needed for our family. We had seven adults and seven children, and we all enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with a group of friends while in town for a friend’s wedding in Longboat Key. The house is right across from the beach, easy walking access to downtown shops & restaurants, and perfect layout for a mixed group of couples and single guests. Would absolutely recommend!

So awesome! Close to the beach! Plenty of towels. Plenty to do from ages 4-66!!

Perfect fit for our large family group. The beach was just across the street - easy to go back and forth all day. We especially appreciated all the beach toys - wagons full of chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, plenty of towels.

Great place for 10 adults. Close to beach and bay. Great for walking. Air conditioning was a problem, and the hot tub. But overall the house was wonderful.

This property is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had a bedroom even the small children. The two Jack and jill bathrooms were ideal for our two families with children. Beautiful area. Beautifully stocked house. Seems they thought of everything. We had a little trouble with the heated pool and spa. It may have been due to the rain we had the first day and the cool weather. We enjoyed it anyways. The short walk to the beach was ideal. Also, the fact that they stock it with beach chairs and toys was great. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Definitely a 5 star VRBO.

Had to pay VRBO fee then realtor fee on top of that. Sunday at four to Saturday at ten is not a week.

Easy walk to an awesome beach that was 1 block away! The family had a blast in the pool that was super private and well maintained! The view from the house was fabulous. We really appreciated all the extras that were available for us to use including the beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and sand toys for the kids. The house itself was excellent with all the bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family. We had 11 staying with us and there was room for more. We would love to make this a yearly trip, and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Excellent location just short 1 block walk from the beach. Great ocean view from the balcony off the living area. We had 3 families with ages 1-66. There was plenty of room and especially great to have so many bathrooms. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. TVs and charging stations in each bedroom. Gaming system too. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and had a great pantry for storing your food. Nice towels, plenty of beach towels, and very comfortable beds. Had a roof top eating area with amazing views! Garage with ping- pong table and lots of beach chairs, a beach cart and wagon, and beach toys that you can use too! The owners thought of everything you would need for a great stay. Beautiful white sand beach with clear water and not too crowded. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Our stay at this house was great. The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. The rooftop deck was an amazing place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. The house was well stocked with beach towels and beach chairs and toys for the beach. The pool area is amazing! The property management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

The location was great. A block from the beach. The king sized beds were nice. The heated pool and hot tub were a nice perk. Very clean and updated. Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay in this house!! Spacious, very clean (a priority for us), and so well done! Our large group spent many nights in the hot tub and pool along with watching the sun go down from the rooftop. Would highly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for our group getaway to AnnaMaria Island. It was so close to beach and the view from the rooftop deck and living area was spectacular. The pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had enough sleeping space for 3 families. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy dinner at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer, enough beach chairs for 10pp and a wagons to bring stuff to the beach. Didn’t see that listed in description and it was nice to wash towels. We would recommend this house if you want a relaxing family vacation. It was amazing!

We had a total of 8 adults, 1 three-year old, 1 two-year old and 2 under one and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! The bedroom layouts were fantastic! The pool and hot-tub were perfect! The beach was so close and beautiful. This house had it all! Thank you for the most wonderful experience on Anna Maria Island. We hope to be back.

The place was exactly what we hoped for and was as advertised. Perfect for a relaxing weekend with my girlfriends being so close to beach and having a pool! Place was clean and beautiful!

Our family of 17 recently celebrated Thanksgiving plus a special birthday for our daughter while staying at this fantastic rental. The property was even better than we could have hoped for and ideal for large groups. The space was open, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms/bathrooms thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking or grilling. It had plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses for a large group. Bring your own condiments. The pool and hot tub area was a lovely private oasis where the family gathered. A grill and tables were poolside.. For some, the only negative was all the steps in the house. However, the house is described accurately on the website. For our group ages 4-73, they were very manageable. Parking worked out well for five cars. The icing on the cake was the nearness of the beach and ocean! Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. The rooftop view could not be beat. Lucky us and lucky you if you rent this residence.

This house was great! Just a block from the beach with awesome views of the beach and the bay. The house was clean and no detail was overlooked. The number of bathrooms was a game changer when we had 12 girls trying to get ready for dinner!

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms were plentiful and house was laid out well. The kitchen and gathering spaces are large. Our only negative was the bedrooms on the second level got really hot at night.

We recently booked this property for a 30th birthday vacation. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, provided tons of local recommendations and made our stay fantastic. The home was exactly as listed on VRBO and blew our expectations. We would love to stay there again and will use this property management group in the future!

What an incredible home for a large group stay. All bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom which made it very comfortable. Public beach access was only 1 block away. You can also see the ocean from the dining room. We watched beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck. The pool in the backyard was also nice, a great place to cool down after a day at the beach. Highly recommend for your next family reunion or group stay!

I enjoyed our stay here but we did experience quite a few issues along the way. The first issue we came across though was on the morning of check in we received a call saying one of the bathrooms would be off limits due to new tiles being put in. This was no big deal as they refunded us $200. The issue came when contractors showed up without us knowing and walked right in the following day. I feel like this should have earned us some sort of refund as we felt that was a bit of a invasion of privacy. The electricity/ fans/ circuits were very spotty and did not work in quite a few of the rooms. Overall, we had a blast making due with what were not really the ideal circumstances upon arrival. It was a nice house but definitely was pricey for the troubles we experienced.

The house was in a great location. Less than a block from the beach. The set up of the house was perfect for family of various ages. We loved having the to deck on top of house. We could see both gulf and bay side. Would considered using this location again

Everything was wonderful with this home. Very clean and spacious. One block from the beach. It was amazing!

What an amazing few days at the beach. We rented the house for a mother daughter 8th grade graduation trip. The girls loved being able to play pool, foosball and hang out in the pool when they were tired of the beach. The location made it so convenient to come and go from the beach for food and drinks. The view from the house was stunning allowing you to watch amazing sunsets from the top deck. The house was spacious and provided great sleeping accommodations for everyone. The open kitchen made dinners with a large group comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
