The home was just as advertised - comfortable, new, great location, kitchen was filled with all you could ask for... We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was more than adequate for 8 adults, and the view of the marsh was breathtaking at sunset. Slight ding for cleanliness: we're used to prewashing before we use anything for the first time but the pots/pans were pretty dirty.

Beautiful home. My childhood friends and I had never been to Kiawah and we fell in love with the island, as well as the home. Such a well appointed kitchen and spacious, comfortable home with gorgeous marsh views. We loved riding bikes on the beautiful paths to the beach and along the shore. Highly recommend the dolphin strand feeding at Captain Sam's Spit. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Our trip to Kiawah was more than expected! The iTrip app was easy to navigate, detailed and thorough. The vacation rental home was exquisite, warm and welcoming with tremendous views from the entire rear of the house. We were very pleased with the house being clean, fresh and new; the amenities were top notch and it was well stocked with all the necessities for everyday living. The house was easily accessible to paved walking/biking trails and a short distance to the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of renting bikes and beach chairs for the week which included delivery and pick up. We felt very secure in the home and on the Kiawah Island. Thank you for a relaxing and unforgettable family vacation!

Everything was excellent. There was not one thing that the home didn't have.
Steve our host couldn't have been more attentive and gave us excellent restaurant recommendation.
I hope to return shortly and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home. Lovely amenities. Our host was always available with questions. Kiawah is beautiful in its own right. I would definitely come back here again and stay in this beautiful residence. Just hope my accolades don't make it so popular that I'll never get a spot again! Seriously, everything was perfect, and we thank you so much for hosting us in your gorgeous home.

The house was in excellent condition and the the manager was very responsive to the one tiny thing that was out of order. Both the vibe and the function of the home were incredible. Sitting on the back deck listening to the tide roll-in over the marsh was about as relaxing as it gets. Thanks for the memories!

69 Marsh was wonderful - peaceful, clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the areas of the house, especially the serene backyard.

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time while staying at Marsh Pointe.
The home is clean, comfortable and BEAUTIFUL.
There’s the perfect balance of privacy and gathering space.
I was worried that access would be an obstacle for the oldest in our group. Turned out to be better than expected.
It was a quick car ride to the beach and the morning marsh views did not disappoint.

Beautiful home and a lovely, bucolic retreat on the marsh. Wonderfully appointed with space to gather and to spend in quiet contemplation. For the family chef, the kitchen has everything you need and more (for a cooking enthusiast with my own well stocked kitchen, I discovered new implements :-)! Will be our go to home when visiting Kiawah.

We had the most amazing time. Even with the rain. You don’t mind being stuck inside. It gives you the chance to enjoy the beautiful home. Read, cook, listen to music. It is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We hope to be back soon!

This house is terrific. The most stunning thing is the full view of the marsh. Beautiful and constantly changing with the light and tides. The great room is huge and furnished for at least 8. We prepared complete meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed and much more, e. g. Two dishwashers! Beds were very comfortable and there’s a second sitting room, also with a stunning view. The owners responded very quickly to my few small questions. My recommendation: rent this house.

Property managers were great at communicating. The location was quiet and the marsh view was wonderful to watch as it changed with the tides.
Ample space for two but would be just as great for eight.
Kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed and more.
Beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. Alexa in the great room provided us music upon request.
Screened in porch was perfect for an afternoon nap.
Binoculars were a plus to watch the marsh.
Beautiful house with great windows. Definitely would look to stay here again.

House was spotless and beautifully decorated. Loved the marsh views! Kitchen was amazing. Loved everything about the house. My only wish is that they would allow renters to use the fireplaces. They have great outdoor seating with an outdoor fireplace but it was not for renter use. Same with fireplace in the living room. In the off season, being able to turn on the fireplace would have made the house even more cozy and perfect.

The home is absolutely beautiful and so well equipped and high tech. I was celebrating my 70th birthday and one friend flew in from Pittsburgh and the other joined me from Charlotte. We had a wonderful time .. ate and shopped. My favorite was the early mornings. I could retreat to the screened porch and take in the many gifts from Mother Nature as I enjoyed the lovely marsh views. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Such a clean and beautiful property with an amazing view of the marsh. I spent much of my time watching the sunset from the screened porch or taking in the sun and sights on the upper deck. Just beautiful and SO clean.

This house is beautiful! Immaculately clean, modern and spacious. It is exactly as pictured. Was perfect for our family and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, the team was very responsive to text messages and although we had no issues I know they would’ve been there had we. Will definitely be returning!

What a terrific house. Everything was new and worked perfectly. There was all the needed necessities for the house when we checked in. For anyone considering renting a house on Kiawah, I would strong encourage you to look at 69 Clay Hall.

The house and location were stunning. And support/communications were excellent. Only issue was cleaning. Bathrooms seemed fine, but floors really need a good mopping -- sticky, dirty. Island and counter around coffee pot were not clean. I found wipes under the sink and cleaned myself. Would have been difficult to have toddlers there on that floor. Probably want to vacuum screened in porch to remove leaf debris.
