Our stay was very good, this is our 2nd time renting from same owners and both times we had a great stay. Communication as always excellent!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was great. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

This home is clean and comfortable! We especially loved the outdoor space behind the house. The patio is covered so we could eat outside even when it rained. The lanai and pool are beautiful! Very relaxing watching the wildlife at the back of the property! The neighborhood is far enough off the main streets to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient for the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice!

The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. Lots of thoughtful touches and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the screened lanai/pool area. The birds, turtles, ducks and fish provided endless entertainment! Convenient location. We enjoyed our stay.

Would recommend this property to anyone. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Great pool.

The house was very nice. It was just as described and was very clean, close to shopping and restaurants, but tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We are building a new house a few streets over so we are very partial to the area. The brand new pool was great!!! There was a little glitch with the internet after a bad storm, but the property manager Petra was great. She was very helpful and easy to reach and was able to contact Xfinity to solve the problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice vacation home. I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and also enjoyed watching the birds.

House was perfect for our needs and a great value for the price! Very clean and easy to get to places such as Fisherman's Village. We did not get to enjoy the new pool but it was almost completed when we were there, which is going to be a great addition to this house!

Very nice place. Fun to watch all the birds in the back pond come in around 5:00 to find there place for the night!

We enjoyed using the home as a base for traveling around to different bicycling trails in SW Florida. With the available garage for storing our bicycles it was perfect. We traveled as far as Venice and Sanibel every few days to ride and returned to a secure and quiet environment for rest. Stores and restaurants were only 10 minutes away. Sleeping arrangements were great. Have stayed in many a place where The beds were not comfortable but these were very nice.

We celebrated our first Beach Christmas and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! This villa is so peaceful, tranquil and so inviting. Doreen is the best host that we’ve ever had, she is truly a beautiful soul. She has worked hard to add a personal touch to make this your home away from home. The house is a beautiful villa over looking a pond in the backyard. Morning coffee & tea was a dream come true! Everything was beautifully kept & available. We truly felt like we were home! Perfectly peaceful but still close enough to beaches and nightlife. We definitely will be back and will stay here frequently. We can't wait to stay again! Sherrie & Steve

Doreen our host was very responsive and accommodating generally responding in less than 10 minutes. The property was spotless, extremely well stocked, and impeccably decorated in a beautiful neighborhood. Whether you are looking to just sit back and relax or visit some of the more beautiful locations in Florida this is the perfect place. It’s conveniently located in a peaceful area yet just a few minutes from stores and restaurants as well as Port Charlotte Beach Park and other local places to visit. You are also less than 15 minutes from Punta Gorda and about 30 minutes from Venice beach. The backyard is mostly tree lined with a water view and very private. There is very nice patio furniture and a BBQ for enjoying the large outdoor space. The WIFI is excellent should you be working remotely as I was and there is a big screen smart TV. Doreen has surely gone all out to ensure her guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t think of anything I could need that was not already supplied and cannot say enough about our two week stay. If possible I would give more than 5 stars.
