Great stay, was perfect for my bachelorette party. SO close to the beach. The best part was that all the rooms were extremely comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom, which was much appreciated. My only pieces of feedback are that 1) some parts of the house could use some slight updates, like grates coming off the heaters and the back deck being old and splintery and 2) we paid for pool heating but the pool was still pretty cold overall. Still, this was a 5-star property and all my guests raved about how wonderful the house was! Not to mention the unbeatable location!

The house was perfect for our large family. The pool was great and loved cooking our meals in the gourmet kitchen. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach and a short bike ride to activities and shopping.

The house was really nice and clean. The property management company helped us check in early were really friendly.

Beautiful home in a great location and very short walk to the beach. The finishes in the home were lovely and the furniture comfortable. Just a few minor things like bathroom paper holders, towel holders need fixed, or replaced. Front door a bit tricky to lock and unlock as it needs pushed and pulled a bit to operate successfully. Overall lovely rental and I highly recommend!

It was a great house with all the amenities that made our stay wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the car hole.

We had problems with no hot water from almost the whole house. Not resolved because of holidays. Very inconvenient. Fan in bunk room couldn’t be used without the light. Many windows had broken latches. Fire pit amenity rusted out. Floor registers in kitchen and dining loose and hazardous. No advertised smoker. WiFi poor and TV in one bedroom unavailable. Once these issues are resolved it will be a 5 star property.

We stayed in Hilton head last year at another location and had a wonderful experience. My family and I looked forward all year to spending another family vacation together. Unfortunately, our stay at 6 Laurel Lane was a huge disappointment. Below are some of the things we found to be substandard. *Near dead plants upon entering the foyer. *Mish mash of kitchen ware … pots and pans, dishes, flatware, cutlery, glasses (both beverage and wine), all in poor condition, put away haphazardly with little rhyme or reason…. Some clean, some obviously dirty. Tossing them all out and starting anew wouldn’t be a bad idea. *Blender didn’t work… so much for our planned frozen pina coladas, poolside. *Dirty grill…inside and out. …. A smeary, greasy mess. *Dirty pool…. Finally got it cleaned on Wednesday… mid week. *Dirty glass table on deck, never got cleaned. *Called a number of times to get the pool heat turned on …was told repeatedly “they’re on their way” … my son in law eventually found the switch and turned it on. *Internet worked Monday… down the rest of our stay… as we were loading the car to leave on our last day, a technician came to fix it. Having to go to McDonalds to use their Wi-Fi on three occasions was very inconvenient. *Beautiful windows throughout house were a smeary mess. * Several items in the house still had tags on them. *The couches still have sharp plastic packaging on them around the legs. *Spiral toilet paper holder in Master bath is rusted… needs to be tossed out. * Floor vents should be replaced throughout the house… why have beautiful new floors with rusted out, old vent covers? A simple fix. *Dining table and chairs are not suited to each other…. Table is too high or chairs are too low… a ridiculous number around the table and awkward to move. * Wires were draped across the tv screen in the master bedroom. *Tooth brush holder in master bath was dirty with toothbrush drool from previous renters.. *Path to beach was blocked w/downed trees. The adults climbed over them and the kids were small enough to go under. When we called about the situation we were told they were not responsible for keeping it clear but they’d let the authorities know. My brother in law eventually cleared it with an electric saw. I could go on, but I will stop and just finish with saying that some of these complaints by themselves might not warrant such a negative reaction, but all together they amounted to a huge disappointment.

The property was beautiful! It is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Every bedroom has it’s own beautiful bathroom, which is essential for our large family. The common area was great for meals, watching TV and playing games. The kitchen was well appointed and large enough for several of us to prepare food and cook together. The property manager was courteous and attentive. It was a wonderful vacation!
