Seven friends and myself stayed for the month of February at Seagrape Villa. The house is outstanding. It had every pot, pan utensil, etc. that you could think of. It was equipped amazingly well. The pool and spa were fantastic. We spent many days lounging by the pool and relaxing. It is approximately a 5-10 minute drive to Crescent Beach, which we did quite frequently. Being at the top of Siesta Key, getting on and off the island was very quick which was a plus. There is a park at the end of the housing area that you can walk to and watch boats pass through on their way to the Gulf. Very enjoyable. It has benches, picnic tables and bathrooms. We took daily walks admiring the million dollar mansions that are in this development. Chris, who is the manager, is excellent. Any question or concern we had was responded to immediately and taken care of. I was thoroughly pleased with my interactions with him. The house is very well maintained. I give this listing 5 stars and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a beautiful home on the island.

House is gorgeous and lacks nothing. Chris was easy to communicate with and very quick with responses to any questions and such. We had a group of 9 and the house was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space. Kids highly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was used several times daily. House is at a great location close to beaches and grocery stores, restaurants etc. One of our best stays we’ve had in Florida.

Pool is amazing. Kitchen fully stocked with tools and gadgets. Lots of bedrooms, set up nicely. Nice neighborhood. Some road noise. Good WiFi. Little park is walkable.

This home is great for a family vacation. Lot's of space, for dining, playing game and conversation. The pool was quite nice with the lanai and sokme pool toys. The beach is a short car ride but the home was well equipped with beach chairs, a cart and even a stroller. Plenty of beach towels. Also easy access to grocery stores.

From the moment we walked in it felt like home. There wasn’t a single detail that was overlooked. The home is clean and fully stocked with plenty of everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Having the beach so close was also wonderful.

We had a great time at this home. It was even better than described and pictured on vrbo. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the pool!! The host was very quick to respond and very pleasant. We would definitely return here when visiting Siesta Keys!

Totally loved the house and pool. Only a couple things the 2nd floor living area with queen bed does not have a door for privacy and the 1st floor bedroom has no closet or wardrobe other that that everything was amazing. Would book same place again! Also, Chris was so accommodating and great to work with! This was an amazing vacation in a beautiful place

We cannot say enough good things about this property, the property manager, and general location on Siesta Key. The house is beautiful and well-designed. The yard, pool, spa, and enclosed patio is beautiful and private, surrounded by tropical foliage. The 2 main floor bedrooms and bath(s) were fantastic for the 3 seniors in our group. The house is decorated beautifully yet still feels homey. The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. Christopher, the property manager is a consummate professional and contacted us before and during our stay to ensure everything was of the highest standard. We've stayed in many VRBOs and he is the best property manager we've had. The location is close to the bridge so it's easy to get to Sarasota/main land, and also very close to stunning beaches/Siesta Key. All the positive reviews left are not an exaggeration!!!!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Florida. Property manager was super nice, accommodating, and made the check-in process so easy. The property itself was beautiful; better than we expected from the pictures. It was spacious, clean, the mattresses were comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. Many vacation homes we’ve rented tend to have issues with cable, and with the Bruins and Red Sox being on, having the cable working and simple to use made the experience that much more pleasant for my husband and son. The location was also perfect; close to the beach, super market, downtown Sarasota, shopping, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend and would certainly book here again when we come back to Siesta Key.

This house was awesome! Good for multiple families on vacation. There are two master bedrooms along with two other bedrooms and a loft. The loft is a great place for kids to hang out or sleep in! The house was modern, beautiful and perfect. They had everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs, a stroller, baggo, bikes, pool toys (an infant life vest), all the cooking utensils you need, beach towels, a stereo system that hoops up to your bluetooth phone and has speakers in the house and in the pool area. The pool area has an ice maker, grill, mini fridge, TV, and our favorite the hot tub!! The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street. We went for many walks through the neighborhood to look at the massive houses on the water and walked to the Nora Patterson Island Bay Park. It's a 2 minute drive or bike to Shell Rd beach access where you can watch stunning sunsets on the beach. We had a relaxing wonderful stay!

This house is awesome! Check-in an communication was easy. The location is great -- short drive to a beach with tons of free public parking. The house was well stocked, with kitchen items, beach towels, chairs, beach cart, cooler, and even starter soaps, TP, etc. The other reviews were accurate. The house is great and Siesta Key was great. Book here and have fun!

The place was as it appeared. Loved that everyone could spread out and have their own space yet still be together. Chris was exceptional to work with. Would definitely come back here.

This home is amazing! We spent several hours of each day enjoying the beautiful outdoor space when not at the beach. The bedrooms were well-situated, offering just enough privacy after engaging in family time. Each room had its own thermostat, which worked well for our multi-generational family. The host was equally amazing and very responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our time, and, if travelling to Sarasota, would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group like ours (10 adults22-88) clean well equipped and close by food/fun destinations. Excellent communications with site mgr and accommodating to our many requests. Fair price for a wonderful beach area. Older guests should b informed about several steps to the house…and desired need for grab bars in showers.. How ever, if I r young it’s great!,, ROGER AND SUE

The house was outstanding. The pool was amazing. Very clean and updated. Kitchen was awesome and included a Keurig coffee maker and coffee pot. Well-equipped. Owner very responsive and quick to answer. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Cannot say enough about outdoor kitchen and back patio space with pool. Truly awesome. Beaches are beautiful, white sand with clear turquoise water. Siesta Key is easy to move around in with car. Not like other beach towns where it is slow go. Our family had an awesome time. Thank you again to the owner.

This house is amazing! Plenty of space for all of us to stay at one location. The property manager, Chris is awesome to work with! Pool is great-was nice to have our own pool. House was stocked with beach towels, bikes, beach chairs etc. would def consider staying here again! You won’t go wrong with this house!

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a multi-family vacation close to the beach. My family of five plus sister in-law's family of five were easily able to stay comfortably here. There was plenty of space. The pool area is amazing for relaxing with some drinks while grilling delicious food in the outdoor kitchen. There was no need to bring beach towels as there were plenty for our large family. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchen were fully stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. There was even a keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, and a Ninja blender provided. All of the beds were very comfortable. Not too soft but not to firm. Just right. The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants were within a couple miles away. One of my favorite things about this home was the indoor/outdoor sound system and the ability to listen to music with just the turn of a knob. It allowed for that resort style experience. The only issue we had was that the pool was too warm when we arrived, but Chris responded quickly and adjusted the temperature. Excellent communication! If you're looking for a luxury style home, this is it. My family would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris!

We had the best time staying here, hope to come back again next year!!! The house is in impeccable condition, just as amazing as it appears online. The communication and help from Chris was above and beyond. :) Our entire family and friends are still raving about how much they all enjoyed staying here.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was the perfect relaxing getaway for a multigenerational family (first floor master king suite, and a short half-flight to another king ensuite). Chris was a wonderful host who provided excellent communication and updates leading up to the stay (and kindly helped out with local color on what restaurants would be great for our party). Book it and enjoy!

A total group of nine travel to FL for a family vacation. Ages ran from 44-2. Everyone of us had the best time. We all can’t wait to come back next year. The house worked great for blending two families together for a week.

We recently stayed at this home and loved every minute! There were 13 of us that stayed in the home and everyone was happy with the arrangements. There is plenty of room for everyone! The outside area is perfect for swimming, grilling and hanging out! We spent the majority of the time outside in the pool or hot tub. The property manager is awesome and is very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and great for riding bikes or taking walks. The location is wonderful! Close to beaches, stores, resturants, etc. We will definitely look at staying at this property again!

Place is like new and very spacious. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Property manager was super personable and responsive. Great vacation!

It was such a beautiful place the heated pool and hot tub got used a lot. Biked the area with provided bike was amazingly views. Close to the beach and the provide chairs were appreciated
