Easy process from start to finish. Great communication...especially around the house systems (sound, lights, etc.) Property is in super condition and has everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen is amazing! We spent lots of time in the pool, swimming in the lake and using the boat. Highly recommended property and management.

We were celebrating my mom’s 85th birthday and this house had something for everyone. The owners have thought of everything and were so responsive when we had questions. The house is flawless in decor and functionality! Kitchen is huge and perfect when there are many chefs making a meal. The pool and hot tub with the view of the lake was where we spent a lot of time. Rent the boat—so much fun! Would definitely go back to this house!!!

Our vacation here was perfect, our family had a group of 12 with both kids and adults and the sleeping arrangements worked well for us. Our kids loved the bunks in the game room.
The showers were always hot and we loved the heated bidet toilet seats.
The kids and some of us adults had a blast in the gymnasium. We played basketball, pickleball and hockey. It was really cool, my kids can't stop raving about that space. The black lights and lasers make glow in the dark dodgeball so much fun.
The pool was also sparkling and we loved the rope swing on the dock and used the paddleboards.
Brian was a super responsive host and seems to be available at all times, can't wait to come back here again.

Despite a few hiccups and the need to be proficient on the IPad and tech savy-- we enjoyed our stay. The owner is TERRIFIC in responding to your questions, and was great to work with. The view of the lake is great and all furnishings and beds are comfortable. We all enjoyed pickleball in the garage. We had Captain Will from Set-n-Hook for a charter. This is a MUST if you like fishing. We had a blast and caught a lot of big fish. And- go to Epic Chophouse in Mooresville. A delicious restaurant.
A few minor issues-- we could not get the blackstone grill to heat properly both times we tried, and the hot water to showers is short.
We enjoyed the beauty of the house and the area.

The property was amazing! This home has all the amenties you could as for and more! No detail was left out! Location was perfect- very quiet! The kids had a blast taking the kayaks and paddleboards over to the island. Bryan was very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question!

I’m not sure I want to write how absolutely perfect this home is. We want it to be available again!!!! We will be back every year we can. This is truly a beautiful home. We absolutely loved our time on Lake Norman. This house was a perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The kitchen made entertaining a breeze. And the garage was ideal for kids to play… Even when the weather outside wasn’t perfect. We will definitely be back!

The home is well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay, including kitchen appliances and supplies, sports equipment, books and games for all ages. It has a stunning, peaceful location with an amazing view. We hope to return!

Everything about this house is stunning, from the inside decor to the high tech iPad controlling everything thing in the house (music, temperature, lighting, TV/120” Projection Screen, Hot Tub, Heated Pool, Pool lights) the list goes on! This is house is setup to entertain! The garage turned game room with a full basketball court to glow in the dark floor hockey to karaoke to full on workout session, this area has it all to keep kids occupied for hours and adults for that matter!
We had 18 adults stay very comfortably for 4 nights! Brian (VRBO host) was very responsive and super easy to work with! I would highly recommend this house and will absolutely be staying here again!

This property is beyond words! Beautiful house with everything thought of, the views were breathtaking, great location on the lake, pool was very clean and pleasant due to pool heater. The owner Brian was great from day 1 with responding to questions. Definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this property! Have stayed at many rentals in the past but this one takes the cake! It had everything you could possibly want under one roof! Had some luxury touches like an adjustable temperpedic bed in the downstairs master, heated pool and spa, and access to endless entertainment choicest both indoors and outdoors! The host Brian was very quick to reply to us and answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend for a family vacation!

This property was the PERFECT getaway for our family of 6! The kiddos loved the swing, the pool, the hot tub, the lake, the dock, the gym, the endless games, the bunk beds... we never left the grounds! Except to paddle board and kayak to the Island right across the lake - what a fun little beach! The views are absolutely breathtaking! Everything about the layout is convenient, which makes the indoor/outdoor living experience remarkably enjoyable! This home is luxurious and inviting - we made the best memories - and couldn't be happier with our vacation!

Thanks to Brian for opening this beautiful home to us and being a great and understanding host. Super convenient, house has everything you need, you don’t need to leave the house at all. Amenities are all top class. Great attention to detail in every feature of the house, not to mention the breathtaking sunset and sunrise views that the property provides. I am not one that writes review very often but we were so happy with this house and our experience that we had to let others know. From the moment we booked the communication was great from the owner. He made sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived at the house we were blown away. The house was incredible and the views were just as good. Our 13 year old usually gets bored on vacation but this house was designed for family fun. Everything was first class. Best place we have ever stayed. Highly recommend!!!!!
