This house was great. The kitchen is huge and the living space is really comfortable. The view out from the living room was awesome. And the hike down to the beach was short and pretty fun. It is a bit steep but super cool to have basically private access to the back side of the dune.

Perfect for our family getaway. The house is stocked with everything you need. There is a lot of room on the top floor for relaxing, games, and cooking. The bedrooms are comfy. One thing to note when considering this lovely home: There are a lot of stairs, which was fine for us, but could be an issue with young children or those with mobility issues.

My 4 girl friends and I stayed her early November and we just loved the place! The ocean view from the kitchen and main room are gorgeous and the living area was well laid out and comfortable. Two sink and stoves, every appliance worked and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools you needed. The 4 bedrooms were lightly decorated and beds were accommodating. Our highlights were the hot tub and the trail that led us from the backyard to a peak with a full panoramic view that overlooked the ocean. The only fault I could state was that we were unable to use the fireplace. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property. Most everything was in good working order. Downstairs bathroom light fixture was broken and one bathtub didn’t drain well. Kitchen was well stocked. Great porch off the dining area had spectacular views. Wish it had an outdoor table for enjoying meals outside. Only 1 roll of paper toweling didn’t go far but plenty of dish towels. Nice living area to relax in.

We have stayed at a lot of beach houses and this one was our favorite. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it. Very clean and updated and we loved the huge kitchen. Definitely not a place to stay if you want “easy” beach access by walking but you can drive 2 minutes down the road and be right out on the beach. We will definitely book here again.

When I read the reviews this property had been reviewed as being extremely clean. Turns out that was not the case at all. The floors were black with dirt. There was someone else's dirty towels shoved under the cabinet and then when I went to put the boys to bed the sheets were dirty and full of long black hair. The house overall, inside and out was messy and very dirty. Extremely Disappointing.

We had a great 5 days in this home. The home is beautiful and worked so well for our family of 7. Well laid out, great kitchen and fully stocked. Plenty of games for our kids and sand toys left by the back door. We loved having the hot tub in the evenings and at night. Unimportant, but I loved the rugs in the home. I think the views from the deck are way better than the pictures even suggest. The house is just up the hill from the main section of town but you don't feel like there are any people around. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. I would absolutely book this home again based on the home and the views. However, I feel like the description and reviews weren't totally clear on the proximity to the beach. The 'unparalleled walking access to the oceanfront' and the 'private stair path...for direct beach access' are not descriptions we would agree with. I wish someone else in the reviews had said more. This is not attacking the homeowners or Vacasa, I just want other potential renters to understand. It was easier to walk to town and get to the beach. There is also public beach access just down the road and you can drive your car on the sand to where you would end up coming from the house. Someone commented that elderly people with mobility issues might find it difficult. We are in our 30's and 40's, in fairly good shape with children ranging from 3-17, and we only did it one time. Our kids thought it was super cool at the beginning but once we got to the top of the original sand dune, none of us were looking forward to the climb back up at the end of our beach visit. The home was so great and this wouldn't stop us from renting it again, but I just wouldn't plan on using that beach access path again. One thing we wished for was outdoor seating to eat on the deck. I know Oregon weather doesn't always allow for that but we had a few beautiful days that we would have loved to eat outside. For such a beautiful home, and relative to the quality of the home, I'm surprised at the quantity and cheap paper products provided. That is probably a Vacasa issue, not a homeowner one. We also had a small emergency and called the Vacasa emergency line. They kept disconnecting us and it took over an hour to actually get a hold of someone. Anyway, overall we loved our stay. Our kids were so sad to leave.

Loved our stay here. The house was very clean when we arrived. Gorgeous view, well stocked kitchen and great hot tub. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for peace & serenity, this is the place. The home is close to restaurants and market in Pacific City, but in quiet neighborhood. The living room & kitchen have beautiful ocean views and are steps away from huge deck. The decor is zen like and just perfect for relaxing with a good book, glass of wine and staring out the window at the ocean. The hot tub was also perfect for great r & r and great view! My husband & son went fishing for the day while mama got some much needed quiet time! Great access to the beach too, would absolutely rebook this home!

The home is beautiful and lots of room. The views from the deck were awesome. The gate to go down to the beach is a bit far it’s down hill to get there up hill on the way back so give yourself plenty of time.
