We went up north to cool off and play golf. This house is super comfortable. This is our second time staying here and hopefully not the last!

House was very nice. There is a mouse problem and with 4 adults garbage pickup twice weekly would have been better.

I can't say enough about this property, it was everything and then some. It was very clean comfortable and inviting, it truly had everything you needed, all you need to do is bring food they even accommodated the dogs from dog beds to dog treats to dog bowls. It had little welcome baskets with treats coffee. Love how the cabin is one level no stairs plenty of seating in the living room, TV in every room. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. The adjoining bunkhouse if you rent it is well worth it for the extra room backyard has fire pit and fully enclosed fenced property wonderful, a little tree house for the children which was so much fun for them. If you go fishing they have an outside sink to clean and prepare your fish awesome. The attention to detail and everything you will need for a mountain stress-free relief is there for you. When I said you won't need to bring anything kitchen wise it truly has everything you don't even need to bring anything from your house, and it has awesome hot water. Ron the host was awesome and got back with me on my questions and help with my TV issues not his fault it was mine but I appreciate his quick response. I truly can't say enough about this experience, if you get the chance this is a place you want to rent from. Property rentals could learn a lot from Ron this is how you run a property I will be renting this again and again miss it already morning coffee on the beautiful porch so peaceful. Thank you Ron.

Cabin was very clean inside and outside. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. TV's in living room, and both bedrooms. Family board games were fun. Location was nice and quiet. All stores and restaurants were minutes away. Cabin was very homie. Two recliners, chair w/ottoman, a couch in living room were comfortable. Kitchen had snacks and treats left by hostess. The only issue we had was, there was no firewood, the gas fireplace was not working and there was no walking access to Rainbow Lake. The property's around the lake had "no trespassing" signs. We had to drive around and found the fishing dock. Communication with hostess was excellent. Thank you.

It was quiet and relaxing

The property was perfect for my family stay for New Years. The house a well kept and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. The bunkhouse was perfect for having multiple families staying together. It was a short walk to get to Rainbow Lake.

Roomy cabin -was great for our White Mountain getaway. Very dog friendly yard! The host was great at checking in with us. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented for the month of August. And we just booked it for next August. The place has everything you need. The cleanliness of the place both inside and out is perfect. And communicating with Ron is always quick and easy. They have done an excellent job with the cabin. Can't wait to get back

The owner was excellent in communication, and reasonable in his responses. The front porch with the rocker and the hammock in the backyard allowed for enjoying the beautiful summer weather.

We really enjoy staying at this cabin. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Ron was such a great communicator as well. We hope to be back soon!

Very well maintained large, yet cozy wood-paneled cabin with all amenities. Perfectly suited for couple or full family (extra bunkhouse available). Welcome snack basket was nice touch after a long drive. Outdoor patio features a fire pit surrounded by carved and very comfortable Adirondack seating. Large hammock was a nice feature. Outdoor fish cleaning, or general cleanup station was next to the gas grill. Everything well thought out and just right. Neighborhood quiet, quaint and welcoming. Would rebook in a heartbeat.

This home was so comfortabe and accommodating. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. I will definately return. I have already told friend and family about this vacation home

We go to Pinetop every year for the Arizona Old School Softball Tournament at Woodland Sports park, the cabin is not far are the guys can get to their game on time, but when we are not at the park, the cabin is perfect for relaxing. We were able to have a small gathering and everyone lived the cozy cabin.

We stayed here for 3 days. The property and cabin were perfect. The host was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again

Beautiful, clean cabin nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood. The property is completely gated so your fur baby can safely run/inspect the entire grounds. The grassy area in the front yard serves purpose for a game of fetch or hide-n-seek amongst the many pine trees. The cabin and the outside seating areas are virtually bug and cobweb free. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty extra pillows, blankets and towels supplied. There is a nice little coffee bar with coffee and creamers supplied, which was a nice touch. Ron was super nice and even checked in on us via text to see if everything was to our liking. I almost fell asleep on the front porch rocker, which is amazing because I can't even fall asleep in my own bed. Thank you Ron for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. Diane and John

Ron is so very helpful. We had a medical emergency and Ron was right there to help. We highly recommend he and Melissa and the property is wonderful. Perfect location and just very relaxing.

We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay at the cabin. The big fenced yard was perfect for the dogs to roam and play. The cabin is was just the right size. And had everything we would need. Of all the cabins we have stay at, this is truly the best one. Thanks Ron, we definitely will be back. A+

This house was incredibly charming! The decor and the furnishings make you feel at home immediately. We really appreciated all the little touches the owners have available like a poop scoop for the dogs and a sewing kit! Ron and his wife made us feel welcome and taken care of from the get-go. We were so thankful for the welcome basket of goodies they left us and the pups! The fireplace out back was such a fun addition and we definitely put it to use! Bring a hatchet with you though so you can cut some kindling for a fire! The fenced in yard was an absolute dream for our city pups. They had so much room to roam and absolutely loved being out all day. We can't say enough great things about this house and the owners! Ron was easy to communicate with, quick to respond and was very accommodating! 10/10 would stay here again!

Our hosts ensured our cottage was warm and welcoming for my wife Toni and our dog Beau! Excellent hosts! The only drawback was construction going on next door and the street being a bit too busy to take Beau for walks. Beau loved the spacious courtyard to chase squirrels, birds, and chipmunks! We throroughly enjoyed our stay!

Decided to rent a cabin up north for our Fall Break vacation, this cabin did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our 2 daughters and our 2 large dogs. The property is very large and has plenty of room for the fur kids, they loved it. We had everything we needed and then some, the kitchen was well appointed and the host even provided a nice basket of snacks, for us and the puppies. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Ron, our host checked in with us just to make sure. We had a completely relaxing week tucked away in the pines, we will be back!

The cabin had everything we needed - fully supplied kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable living space, comfortable beds, cable tv, fully fenced large yard and patio area, good location, and great ambiance.

The property was perfect for us and our fur babies. The dogs loved roaming in the fenced front and back yards. We loved sitting on the porch relaxing in the rocking chairs listening to the wind move through the trees. The home is stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect to do things in both Pinetop and Show low. Ron was responsive to everything we needed if there was anything to be done. Thanks Ron and Melissa for a great and perfect getaway. A comfortable and relaxing cabin in the pines. Enclosed back yard for the dog. Kitchen supplied with things you'd normally want to have. Cozy bunkhouse for guests. Close to grocery store and other shops. Loved the cooler temperatures. Drove to different points of interest and played pickleball at Woodland Park
