The beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped with all of the amenities needed. It was a great location not far from town and the neighbors next door were very kind in allowing us to pet their goats and horses. We will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful experience at Green Acres! The location was convenient to everything - Close to the center of Fruita but far enough that we didn't have to deal with the noise of traffic. Having access to a garage was great because the weather was hot when we stayed and parking in the garage kept the car cooler. The house maintained a comfortable temperature and the master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to use and plenty of room in the kitchen to get creative. The house has a very homey feeling and decorated nicely. Strong WI-FI, nice laundry area, and the dining room was perfect for dinners and lots of games! We arrived a day earlier and the owners worked with us quickly to get us in earlier then we reserved. We had zero issues with Green Acres, but with how quickly everyone responded when I had questions when reserving and needing to arrive a day earlier, I feel that the owners would've responded immediately if we needed them. We stayed 10 days and will definitely check availability when we return. Highly recommended!

Great value clean place to stay with friends on our mountain biking trip. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Fruita.
