Everything about this condo was topnotch and accurate. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Will most certainly return.

Truly a great place to make home base while visiting Tahoe if you want to be away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. The house was well stocked with everything you could need for a short stay, soap, detergent…etc. The rec center and village are a short walk or drive away. House was comfortable and had plenty of much needed space for a family of five to spread out after sharing hotel rooms for 10days. Great trails for hiking and running. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean, nice location. Fully stocked. However I would not recommend staying here while it is warm out. Every floor was unbearably hot, the bottom floor cooled off a bit in the middle of the night but otherwise it was pretty awful. Rec center is fun but we weren’t aware you had to drive to it so just a heads up

The place was well appointed, especially liked the entertainment system! Kitchen was also well sorted, and included a nespresso machine with a lot of pods. This particular unit was not that close to the parking lot, and we had a TON of snow, but they did what they could to keep the walkways and driveways clear. I was less than impressed with Vacasa not letting us know the address until litterally the day before, it made working with Ski Butlers a bit of an issue because I couldn't tell them where to drop off at. The upper restroom was also locked, and when we called (several times) they told us the wrong way to unlock it and said they couldn't come over until the next day to resolve the issue. We had four senior men, the bathrooms are not huge, we finally got it open on our own. Then we were offered what looked like a free late checkout "if we acted promptly". Going through the process it ended up a $55 option. Finally, they are rather harsh on keys and so forth, with a $250 fine (each) if you lose one. This included two paper parking passes, which we wanted to use on our last day so we could ski, but checkout was 10AM. So we left them and took a chance. Didn't really like that.
