Beautiful home , very high end bathrooms and bedrooms , lots of room for 9 of us to spread out - family room fun with TV and Foozball table - hot tub and sauna relaxing , woujd definitely stay here again - it’s even nicer than the pictures show it to be. WiFi is spotty- es expected at such high elevation

Great house with awesome views. Perfect location if you are looking to be close to Breck without being directly in town.

Like we said before the fact the the Hot tub would not work the first day no clear directions how to Operate & the grill propane tank empty and then would not get warmer that 200 degrees so we couldn'tcook our steaks on the grill the first or second night was a let down. We only were able to stay for 2 nights and had been saving up and looking forward to that getraway. We would appreciate a refund for the nconvenience.

We wanted: Snow in the mountains, incredible view, space away from all, House that fit 3 couples. We Got: Much more than we bargained for, the house is amazing, has everything you need and host does an amazing job of providing plenty. Tv with subscriptions, flip switch fire place, bbq pit, patio chairs, hot tub, sauna, plenty of items in house for comfort. The view is breathe taking, snow or no snow, you will be surrounded by natural surroundings and love every moment of this house. Drive to house is pleasant and you are close enough to the town but far enough to have peace. We would love to rent this place again if we go back. I read some reviews with issues brought up and gotta say, im a pretty picky person myself and couldn't find anything wrong with this place. Its a great place to rent.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and cozy. Basic kitchen things provided and the house seemed clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The reverse osmosis water was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy bottled water! we didn't use the basement much as it didn't have heat and was very cold. The hot tub had not been cleaned and was full of algae which was a huge disappointment because that was one of the reasons we booked this house. the sauna was also not functioning properly as the door didn't seal shut and there was ice on the floor that didn't melt as we used it. Location was great as it was only a 10 min drive to downtown Breck and 15 to the grocery store and mountain parking lot for skiing. The drive up to the house will require 4-wheel drive. We had a ton of snow while we were there and they sent people to clear the deck a couple times which was very nice. We would stay here again.
