Pocas villas pueden decir que además de tener un inmenso jardín lleno de rincones idílicos posee su propio bosque. Un lugar sin duda para disfrutar del espacio exterior, en el que poder relajarse y descansar. Espacio más que suficiente para esparcirse y en el que todos se pueden sentirse a gusto, tanto mayores como pequeños. El exterior cuenta con un porche cubierto, piscina, barbacoa, un jardín enorme y un pequeño bosque lleno de árboles donde termina el jardín.
Un lugar ideal para conocer el País Vasco, a 10 minutos de la playa y también a 25 de la ciudad Bilbao
El interior cuenta con un salón muy grande dividido en 4 espacios, que dan al jardín y también comunicado con la cocina. Además de 6 dormitorios.
Un alojamiento de grandes dimensiones y de carácter antiguo. La piscina sólo está disponible en los meses de verano.
Se encuentra a 6 km de la playa de arena "Sopelana Beach", 17 km de la ciudad "Bilbao city", 18 km del parque de atracciones "Guggenheim Museum", 20 km del aeropuerto "Bilbao Aeropuerto", 29 km de la ciudad "San Juan de Gaztelugatxe", 34 km del parque natural "Urbadai Natural Park", 112 km de la ciudad "Santander", 114 km de la ciudad "San Sebastian city" y está ubicado en una zona tranquila .

I can only tell this was the worst holiday stay ever.
Lucky we made the best of it.
* House smells of humidity
* Beds are a desaster. My sister 60years old and about 65Kg lay down on the bed and felled through it !
* Mold everywhere. Pictures shows a beautiful piano. Don't touch it !!
* sofa and all seats inside the house are catastrophic.
* Gates of property can't be closed.
* Gate of the garage can't be closed, so free access to the house.
* Several Cabinets in the kitchen do not close
* Dishwasher is so dirty you could not use it.
* The pool was not filled with enough water. We did it by ourselves.
* Several couches for sunbathing were broken.
* We were with 24 and did not have enough chairs to sit outside, so we used the few chairs from inside which were still usable.
* The iron mentioned is not working
* The several bathrooms are filled with mold.
Really don't book this house, because once you complain you don't hear anything anymore. The price is way to high for this house !! I will never book with this company anymore !

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and extremely spacious. The garden and terrace was fantastic and the area quiet, everything we expected and more! One of the best flats we have stayed in.

Very quiet area, with a beautiful garden. Perfect place to rest, so peaceful and only 10 min away from Bilbao city. The house is huge, all the rooms are very large. We spend most of our time outside, it has a beautiful terrace and also barbecue, swimming pool and plenty of amazing spots.

The location is about 25minutes by car from the airport.
There is a small village 5 minutes away by car where there is a bakery and a small supermarket. For a big supermarket you need +- 30 minutes by car.
Bilbao is +- 30 to 45 minutes away by car.
You need a car to get around.
The villa is situated in the mountains in the countryside. Around the villa there are neighbours with a lot of dogs that bark and howl at every moment of the day. Not only dogs make sure that there is little peace but there is also a lot of noise from donkeys and peacocks. Continuous noise at night and during the day.
The villa is beautiful but worn out. The once stately villa urgently needs a major renovation. There is a kitchen, but this is also in need of renovation. The oven was dirty, and the rubbers in the stove come loose. Cupboard doors don't close, there are almost no pots and pans that work on the induction stove. For a group of 9 people there is almost no tableware.
There is a nice swimming pool, but it also lacks maintenance.
The water is not topped up enough, so the dirt cannot run over into the filters and stays in the pool.
The mattresses in the bedrooms are old. They still have springs that make it noisy when you move around. Each bed has a foot end, which is not easy for tall people.
A good coffee machine for a large group of people is missing.

Great location as a base for visiting north of Spain. Host was helpful and good at sorting out our requests. Unfortunately the pool filter didn’t work well so we didn’t use it as often as we liked to. Bedroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The owner promptly re-clean the rooms again the next morning. There was a small bug infestation, however this was highlighted to the owner and they will fix when we leave. Hopefully it will be ok for the next guests. If all the little problems gets fixed, then it will be a good place to stay. We were a party of 14 and thought the rooms will be able to sleep everyone. We were a little disappointed to have a room which was off the kitchen corridor ( like a helpers room) and wasn’t nice to sleep. So this villa really sleeps 12 people nicely. More than 12, they have to sleep by the kitchen bedroom or outside in the living area. Villa really has 4 twin rooms (2 en-suite)and a master bedroom (ensuite ) with a pullout sofa bed upstairs.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely setting. There was plenty of space for ten people and a lovely garden for our dog. However the oven didn't work so this made it difficult to cook meals and the freezer was broken and some of our food was spoiled.

We loved the house with its classic furniture style, very big many bedrooms and beds, 2 floors. at 20min from Bilbao city center. Big kitchen full equiped, and a nice terrace at the back. Huge Garden. very quiet area, perfect for good rest and chill out, and a little barbeccue to grill your favourite typical local Baque Tbone steak just out from the local butcher!
Just remember to plan your taxis drivers 1h in advance minimum, as there is not that much in the area!

Both the house and the views are amazing and beautiful, relaxing by the pool with the sound of trees in the wind- what more could you dream of :) beaches in sopela which is a few kilometers away are beautiful, the ocean is beutiful too. But what is the best there is the host- Virginia. The most helpful host I have ever met. I have had a huge problem with my car, twice, and both times It would be very hard without Virginia's help. As we said while leaving the casa - you are more than very welcome in Poland. Thank you!

We have recently returned from a fantastic stay at this Villa. The house itself was extremely spacious, lots of room to spare for our family of four, plus some grandparents! It was very well equipped and clean, with lots of places, both inside and out for our children (aged 2 and 4) to explore, and the swimming pool was amazing. Marta (the owner) was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. The Villa itself is located a few minutes drive from the small town of Urduliz, (there may have been a bar at the nearby riding school in walking distance but we did not get that far). Nearby Sopelana or Plentzia had plenty of shops and wonderful beaches. The villa is also very well located to explore the surrounding area, we took day trips to Bilbao (about 30 minutes on the local train), San Sebastian, Gernika and a few other nearby spots. The bonus was the Basque weather was very kind to us! We absolutely loved both this area, and the Villa, and we would love to return.
