Stayed here with a large group on a ski trip, 15 people. The 6 upstairs bedrooms are great, plenty of rooms. The 2 main floor bunk-rooms are bit tight for adults, certainly better suited for kids. The house was clean and the kitchen well-appointed. The Breck free-ride bus stop is right outside the house which was awesome and was easy to get to the slopes. We used Uber to get to town for evening dinners, that also was a piece of cake. I would recommend this property.

Great location, bus access was convenient, good sized bedrooms, fun living space.

We loved the property! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. There was seating for everyone at the giant dining table and the 2 refrigerators was a true bonus. It was clean and comfortable and truly lovely.

We enjoyed the location and space of this place. Enough room to accommodate a large family.

We cooked all our meals together, and we loved the large table and the well equipped kitchen. We all slept comfortably, and had plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the convenient shuttle bus stop right out front. We walked 2 blocks down to the Blue River to wade and to fish. We were glad to receive the help we needed when we noticed the grill was not cooperating. We would be glad to stay there again.

The house was clean and kitchen was very well stocked with cooking pans, cups/glasses and spices. Having 2 main indoor hang out areas was really great. The hot tub was secluded in the back from next door neighbors. The wood deck and table could use updating but overall enjoyed the outdoor space. The bunk rooms were fantastic for the kids in our group and the bedroom suites upstairs worked out perfectly for the parents. There was a free Breck shuttle stop pretty much right outside the house which was very convenient.

There were 15 of us and we needed at least 7 bedrooms to accommodate the adults but it came with another bedroom that the younger kids loved to stay in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that you would need to cook with which was great. My only minor disappointment was you can't really entertain on the deck. Would have been nice if that was a bit larger and had more features to accommodate a large group. Hot tub was nice.

We booked this house for a family reunion, and overall it was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were enough bathrooms for each family unit to have their own which was awesome. The neighborhood is lovely and in walking distance to town. Loved the huge dining table, and the kids loved having a separate living area to hang out together. My only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable in almost every room. Like seriously uncomfortable. Every morning someone was saying how poorly they slept or that their back hurt. If they upgraded the mattresses this house would be perfect.

Great location! Broken toilet in downstairs/ wooden plank piece by jacuzzi is lifted and potentially a danger/ upstairs shower ( in hallway) does not drain properly. More outdoor seating with 20 people it wasn’t possible. Thank you, we had a good time but will not rent for next year.

We had our family of three generations stay at this beautiful, excellently located family home that was amazing! The number of bedrooms and baths perfect, large functional well stocked kitchen with adjoining family room made it perfect for dinners and gaming and the hot tub an added plus. It was clean and well serviced. Close to downtown! Would strongly recommend this property

We have made several trips with our family of 18 with ages ranging from 16 months to 75 years old. This property was amazing and packed with beds to maximize sleeping arrangements! My family can also be very critical, and this was the first time I heard ZERO complaints about the property on the trip! The house was clean and everything was in working order! The host was also very responsive via text message even after hours. For example, the propane tank ran out at 6:30 pm, and they responded to the text telling me where the replacement was located! I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Both were accomplished! We utilized the HUGE table to collaborate and get a lot of work done and then were able to bond playing foosball and soaking in the hot tub. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. The house is beautiful and gave us all a space of our own. I would hughky recommend this property to anyone for any reason you are going to Breckenridge. If you chose here just remember to pull on the shower handles to get them to turn on LOL. We all had a moment thinking the water was not working. Lovely home and area to spend the weekend!

Thank you for the great stay! It was perfect for our ski team who was racing at Breck and Keystone. I will note that in the winter the driveway can become quite slick so all wheel drive and winter tires are a must. Would definitely book again if we are in the area!

We rented Friendly Fox for a Thanksgiving training camp for our college alpine ski team. The house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping areas and space. Heated garage was perfect for ski tuning. Large kitchen with multiple ovens made it easy to feed 14 of us, plus a few guests for Thanksgiving. Great place, and would definitely rent again. Property management crew was very attentive with excellent communications.

We had an amazing experience and time spending time with my family. The property is wonderful, great location, quite and cozy. Hot tub perfect addition to the house where you can relax and enjoy view of the beautiful forest. No doubt it was an awesome place during our vacation time!

The house is amazing - very well stocked and clearly more than just an investment property. They had fans and humidifiers in each room- both really nice for warm days/dry air. They also had a high chair and changing table - especially helpful when traveling with young children. Overall a stunning house, would absolutely stay again.
