The house is a very short walk from a lovely private dock and huge lake - great for swimming or boating. Brewster is a great town and the tidal flats are not to be missed! Kitchen was well equipped - we ate almost every meal at the house and enjoyed the deck and grill. Basement is coolest part of the house. There are some spiders and it's a bit musty but cozy and comfy - good for a young family

The house was clean, and everything like towels, toiletries, dishwasher cakes etc etc. was very well taken care of. The access to the private beach on the Long Pond was another fantastic attraction. the entire family loved the house and we all had a fabulous and restful vacation. Would recommend this house to all my friends anytime.

There is no AC and 2 of the ceiling fans are not balanced and are very noisy in the bedrooms and in the third one it doesn’t work at all. There is no mosquito net on one of the bedroom windows and in the bathroom. The upstairs bathroom faucet barely has any water coming out. There are no shades at all in any window, and the sun shines into the bedrooms at sunrise.Other than that it is quite pleasant if one doesn’t mind the heat . The kitchen is well equipped.

Overall we had a good stay at the place. It was clean and in a good location. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, as we were exploring many beaches activities in the Cape. It should be noted that all of the bads are single beds except for the pull out in the basement. This wasn't a real issue, but definitely something that should be in the details of the house. Had we had some more time we would have visited the ponds that are quite close to the house. However, due to the brevity of our trip, we spent most of it visiting towns and beaches.

Lovely cape cod home in peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to association pier with chairs on Long Pond. Close to bike path and Brewster Center. Short dive to incredible beaches on Bay, Nauset and Chatham.
