Location was excellent and all the services were awesome.

Room rate was higher than usual.

The hotel is in a good location near Riyadh Avenue Mall with some local grocery stores and laundrettes nearby too. Good fish restaurant nearby too.

The hotel is a 2 star + very basic hotel. It's tired looking with bedroom carpets and furniture that are tatty and in need of replacement. It's hard to understand why it's rated as 8 +. I would not stay there again.

Exceptional service. I had some connectivity issues in my room, but they were very prompt in getting me to a better room. Special thanks to Mr. Fahad who was really helped me out. Will definitely stay again.

staff there are very bad and they don’t respected the guests, I sent through booking App a special request to arrive early and I got the confirmation through booking msg and mail also then When I arrived to the hotel the employee refused to let me and my family to checkin and I showed him the confirmation on my request but his answer was this answer not by me so let who answered your msg to come and check in you!! until his colleague came and talked to him to let me check in! also, The carpet was full of dirt and could not breathe properly because of it.
