位置很好，周围交通购物都很方便。员工服务态度很棒，会给不同语言背景的客人准备注意事项单，也有掌握英语的前台服务人员，沟通顺畅，口语很好。房间面积挺大的，卫生条件也不错👌

room was spacious, next to the minami-senri train station, staff were helpful and friendly

expensive for what it was (minami-senri station is not that convenient), bathroom had some hairs when we entered

The location is very strategic and peaceful. It's not too far from where I'm doing my work at. The nearby supermarket and train station definitely ease my commute everyday.

Breakfast was almost entirely Japanese and westerners are advised to seek a breakfast else. No cereal and no bread. No English style tea only Japanese. When some items became unavailable there was simply an apology. The room was extremely small and elderly tourists would find it difficult to climb over the tall bath to have a shower. No hairdryer. Toilet was positioned across entrance to very small bathroom that made access difficult and use of the toilet awkward.

The breakfast offered an expansive variety of good foods to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised both mornings. Also, it was good that you have children's plates, cups and silverware.

The room was a bit chilly; there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The location is amazing. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, hotel is connected to the station of Hankyu railway and so easy to get anywhere in Kansai.

Breakfast, the quality is poor compared to all other hotels in Kansai. All can food or frozon. We have tried lunch too but not good at all. It is so pity because it is a lovely hotel even though it is quite old.I believe a little bit of improvement in food and beverages is definitely needed.
