The property was great. Great location, well stocked kitchen. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach buggy with balloon tires carried 5 chairs, a small cooler and beach bag with no problem. Several nice bikes were available in the garage along with a gas and charcoal grill.
Open kitchen/dinning/family room kept the crew together, plenty of room to do what everyone wanted. Good quality, comfortable furniture.
The front balcony had a table and chairs open to the sun, the other seating area with outdoor couch and chairs was covered great for chilling out.
Walking distance to uncle Bills pancake house and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream.
We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in excellent condition. Everyone had plenty of room. The covered and open porch sections were great for lounging. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi jets did not work.

We absolutely loved it. We were right by the boardwalk entrance and could see the ocean from our covered porch. Plenty of room and appliances. We couldn’t locate the coffee pot lid so John sent me a coffee gift card. He really took care of us and answered all texts. The elevator was a huge help as well as the bottom level bathroom. Right around the corner from Uncle Bills. We had such a wonderful time and will be back.

We rented this house for the holiday weekend to celebrate several milestone birthdays. The house so well accommodated our 4 families with 4 small children! It exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

We had a great stay at this property the week of Labor Day. It had a well-stocked kitchen, bikes and beach chairs in good condition, and the beds and common-area furniture were clean and comfortable. The elevator made life a lot easier for a family member who uses a cane, and was great for bringing up groceries! The only thing we would add is a reading lamp in the living room. Great rental!

We have been staying in ocean city for years and this is the best place we have rented so far! They thought of everything (beach gear, bikes, beach tags and empty cabinets to store our food in the kitchen, among many other things). The outdoor patio was lovely. We would definitely rent here again!

Great location, wonderful house!
We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children ages 1 - 8. This 5 BR house was perfect for us since it even had 2 Queen rooms with their own bathrooms, in addition to the Master suite, which the adults used! It was great, too, having the bunks in the other rooms; it allowed for easy distribution of kids; we actually had 3 in one room and kept the toddler in a separate room, using the provided pack and play... that meant no disturbing him when others went to bed after he did.
The house is the most well equipped, in regards to kitchen and sharable beach chairs/toy of any we have ever rented... that is very much appreciated! Not only were there many options for dishware (i.e. plastic for kids if you want; "real" plates for adults), but even good quality pots/pans, etc... versus some places having just random, beat-up cookware, etc.
The owner was flexible (we had to alter our dates from the original, slightly) and responsive to inquiries.
The house is a very easy walk to the beach and the downstairs bathroom is a plus when going to and from; it also has a nice balcony, which we took good advantage of.
I do not have any hesitation recommending this house for your next OC vacation!

Multi-Generation Family Vacation
This property is in the perfect location - quick access to the boards and beach. Just one block behind the property you can treat the family to ice cream/pancakes/doughnuts/ and get any necessity at a convenience store with deli. An easy walk with little ones!
We walked or rode bikes every morning on the boardwalk. The garage was well stocked with extras like bikes, comfortable beach chairs, and boogie boards.
Our family is multi-generational with two parents, three kids, two of whom are married, and 5 grandchildren. Everyone had their own space/bathrooms - an essential when you are all together.
The kitchen was well stocked, with everything one would need for meal preparations. The water and ice maker in the refrigerator filters the water, so there was always great tasting water!

Three of the BRs had their own Bathrooms which was super incredible. I can’t say enough about the location. We were not in the center of town with more noise but close enough that we could walk the one block to the boardwalk on 20th and then down to the center of OC and back to our quiet home very easily. We’ve stayed at a lot of places and Have never stayed in a cleaner place. My wife and mother both commented on how clean it was. Sitting on the deck in the AM with my coffee listening to the ocean was yet another highlight. Can you tell we would stay here again? We highly recommended this home.

Perfect family vacation
This was our second year in this house and it didn't disappoint. Nothing beats being close to the beach and boardwalk. We rode our bikes on the boardwalk every morning and rode the waves every afternoon. The owner was easy to reach had we needed him. It was truly a relaxing week. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Wonderful place for your family vacation
We just returned from a week-long stay at this lovely property. Everything exceeded our expectations. In addition to a wonderful check-in process, communicating with the owner was a breeze. One thing that stood out for us, compared to other rentals in Ocean City we have stayed in, this one had a fully stocked kitchen- plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, crock-pot, gas grill, etc. The location is great- a short walk to the 20th street guarded beach. We had 2 grandparents, 2 siblings and their spouses, and 4 kids/ grandkids ages 10, 13, 15 and 17- everyone was happy with the property. It was nice having so many bathrooms and all of the bedrooms are a nice size- so it was easy to "divvy up". We all agreed we would love to and plan to stay here again!

Beyond expectations
In a year that was filled with concern and uncertainty, we were able to rent this beautiful house and have an amazing vacation filled with memories. The location was prefect. We have two little kids and one teen. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owner’s response to our questions were answered quickly and kindly. He truly wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. The house was cleaned extra due to the pandemic, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this rental.

Amazing house
Had an awesome weekend at this beautiful home. Location to beach was 1/2 block and garage had chairs, umbrellas to use for it. House was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed as we had all of our meals in. We were four couples from college who had not been together in many years. The large living area and deck was perfect to hang around. Communication with owner was great. We are hoping to reunite again there next year. Highly recommend

Wonderful house, close to beach
From the beginning, the homeowners were incredibly flexible, accommodating, and answered all questions. The house was clean, had tons of bedrooms (and beds),
all bathrooms were full bathrooms
(3 on-suite!), and a huge deck with lots of seating. The kitchen was modern and spacious, again with lots of seating. The family room was roomy with a large, smart, flat screen television. Even the washer and dryer were great.
There is a garage and even an elevator for easy move-in and move-out.
The house is right across the street from the beach. You could see the ocean from the deck.
We had a minor issue which the homeowner had taken care of ASAP, without it impeding on our vacation in any way.

Wonderful vacation home!
We loved our week here. The house is beautiful, nicely furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen is especially well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The elevator is wonderful, and makes arrival and departure so much easier for a large group. There is onsite parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway), and additional parking on the street is readily available. The beach is steps from the house, and easy to get to.....especially for the kids. The owner is a pleasure to work with, and very responsive. This house completely met our needs, and added so much to our time in Ocean City.

Gold Coast - Ocean City - Exceptional
For my first experience with VRBO I found the perfect house in the perfect location. It is a comfortable home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works. The elevator is a super plus and the parking very convenient. However, my most pleasant surprise was the Owner being so helpful and kind to me so that I was able to have everything ready when my family arrived! Thank you!
