location was great, garden and outside dining area, secure, clean, tidy, comfortable, great place to stay, walk to Disney parks 15-20 mins, not much further than Disney hotels, excellent bakers 2 minutes walk, good supermarket 7-10 minutes walk, lots of restaurants nearby.

if I had to choose a couple of negatives - coffee machine was a pod machine and not ground coffee, 1 toilet roll not enough for 4 people for 4 days, no bags for the bin

Perfect location for visiting Disney (15 min on foot or 6 min by bus, bus stop 1 min from property). Elegant and safe neighborhood. Nice view over a pond. Huge mall with all you can need (groceries, clothes, gifts…) just 8 min on foot. House and furniture were quite new, with complete cookware. we did not use it but there is a washing machine in the kitchen, which could be very helpful for long stays. We found the shower quite nice. Wifi worked perfectly. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. Owner was very responsive and helpful

Something that did not work for us but could work for other people is the memory foam-like mattress since we are used to firmer mattresses. 2 shower towels + 2 hand towels + 1 wash cloth were provided. It could be useful to have extra towels for long stays or if traveling with kids (as was our case)

Ease of access, cleanliness was spectacular & comfort level, proximity to both euro Disney and the large shopping centre.

a little too warm and there was only a fan but no air con. There were no spare towels (and that is me just nit picking ) it was truly a brilliant experience !

Short walk to designated location rooms were comfortable and everything needed was available including grocery stores and restaurants. The bed and comfortor was especially comfy and warm after a long day of walking. Would recommend again.

The property was a very short walk from the main entrance to Disney, there was secure parking for our car and the apartment block was very secure! there were amenities nearby should we have needed them.

Disneyland Paris is a very short 10-15 minute walk, location is great. (Almost as close as Newport Bay Disney hotel)

Only 3 towels for the entire stay (we managed because we brought our own but could have been a bit more).

check-in was disastrous. there was a total lack of communication between us (the guests) and the hosts, we tried to reach them in multiple ways but never succeeded. we had to wait 30 minutes outside the property for the person responsible to let us in even though the arrival time we chose on this website was confirmed by them (the hosts) via email and we were not late. Person responsible said this is the website (booking.com)'s problems and she was not told we were arriving at that given time. met another lovely family that booked a room with the same hotel, but via AirBnB instead of Booking and they did not have any problems at all. the phone number provided for the property does not work. customer service on this website also does not work. i recommend this hotel as it is very nice and cozy and the location is perfect, but i will however not recommend using this website.
