I had an amazing stay at Yamba Traditional Home. The owner and his family were very welcoming and made you feel like home.
Breakfast was great. My room was very cozy and clean. Location was very close to all the attractions and restaurants.
My flight was at 11pm and they didn’t charge me any extra money for keeping my room until 7pm. The owner ordered taxi for me and made sure it’s a fair price.
Beautiful people!
Please make sure if you are in Patan you stay at this property.

Quedamos muy sorprendidos con la hermosa habitación que teníamos a nuestra disposición, muy amplia y con todos los servicios necesarios. El dueño del lugar nos invitó un snack de cortesía a nuestra llegada. Se nota mucho cuando la hospitalidad es genuina y te hacen sentir como en casa.
El desayuno es bastante completo, para lo que necesitábamos estaba muy bien.
Muy satisfecho con la relación calidad/precio del lugar.
Solo por mencionar algo, el baño era bastante simple y no iba acorde a lo hermoso de la habitación.
La ubicación es un poco metida en una calle estrecha que hace complicado que autos grandes pasen por ahí, pero como íbamos ligeros de equipaje no nos afectó caminar un poco.

Отличный уютный спокойный отель в неварском стиле с очень интересным самобытным интерьером. В нем чувствуешь себя как дома. Очень доброжелательные хозяева отеля, готовые оказать помощь и поделиться полезными советами. В номере все продумано до мелочей. Много полочек, шкафчиков, вешалок для вещей. Освещение заслуживает отдельных похвал. Система вентиляции на высоте. Помылся под душем, а через 20 минут пол уже сухой. В номере есть все, что нужно - холодильник, фен, чайник, столик, за которым удобно пить чай. Каждое утро на крыше сервируется прекрасный завтрак. Отель расположен на тихой улочке в 7-10 мин ходьбы от площади Дурбар в Патане. Рядом с отелем есть хороший минимаркет. Огромное спасибо хозяевам этого великолепного отеля за гостеприимство.

J'ai eu l'occasion de séjourner dans deux chambres différentes. Elles sont bien équipées et les lits sont très confortables. A seulement 5-10min à pied du centre historique de Patan, l'établissement est dans un quartier très calme. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien servir. L'établissement est bien tenu et le propriétaire et sa famille sont aux petits soins pour vous. Les photos reflètent très bien l'établissement. Je le recommande fortement.

The property is a few minutes walk from Durbar square. Although the hotel was doing building work they let us stay. We were not troubled by the work and the hotel owner was extremely friendly.
The hotel is in a narrow street with not much traffic, just the occasional motorbike (unlike other streets nearby which are full of bikes), and therefore relatively quiet given its situation in the middle of the city.
We would not hesitate to stay again.

Yamba is as traditional of a family-run guesthouse as you'd hope to find in Patan. Located in what is already an incredibly historic district, it's charm and warmth are felt throughout your stay. Plenty spacious with hot shower, mini fridge and separate seating/eating area to reorient yourself on the complimentary wifi while enjoying a delicious homemade breakfast. I stayed here before and after my two week trek and would stay again if back in the area.

I had a really good experience. The owner is very friendly en super helpful. He helped me with everything and they always provided me with what I needed. The room was very comfortable, I have had an electric blanket to stay warm in the night. It was not needed, but it was still nice. The ambiance in the hotel is great, you can feel that people work here with love. Everything else was also very good. They even provided laundary service for me. I would definately recommend someone to stay here.

This place is definitely worth living here. I'm glad the Universe brought me to Yamba Traditional Home. It is cozy, clean, neat, beautiful, convenient, comfortable, delicious. This is real Home. We stayed in a big room in traditional style. It was so cosy that it felt like home. Nice room, comfortable bed and even an electric blanket and gas stove. Fantastic! The host and his family are very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area in walking distance from the Pātan Durbar Square and the restaurants.

Beautiful traditional decoration and spacious rooms, with helpful and charming owners who looked after us perfectly. The breakfast was delicious, as were snacks on the roof terrace. It was the perfect authentic stay just steps from Patan Durbar Square.

Pradeep and his family were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and whenever I aŕived back at the house I was offered tea. The property is a lovely old house very close to Patan Durbar Square.

Pradeep was amazing his family was ultra kind and helpful we didn’t plan to stay that long but we just felt at home and stayed longer. I can hardly recommend his place he was a truly kind soul, genuinely trying to help as far as he would. If you find this place do not hesitate to stay there you won’t regret.

Lots of smiles everywhere. At my last night in Nepal, I stayed in Pradeep's guest house. Lovely decoration, good shower, and perfect location. Close to Durbar Square but still quiet at night since it is in a little street behind. Recommended!

Beautiful authentic room, the owner paid extra attention to details. It’s a family home and the whole family is very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived we immediately were invited to tea and got a nice plate of food too. The owner Pradeep also speaks some Dutch :)

I wish I could have stayed longer! Pradeep is a wonderful host… he was always available and could anticipate your needs… showing up with a bottle of water, or a little snack with tea. He could not be more gracious, kind, or hospitable.

Everything! So much effort has gone in to making this place perfect. The room we had was lovely, very spacious lovely decorations, nice bathroom with a hot shower and super clean!
The owner and his family are so helpful he took us up to his roof terrace to see some amazing views of the mountains, we were so lucky how clear the day was and also cooked us a great breakfast.
The location was also perfect, so close to Dunbar square and really easy to get to the airport.

Pradeep is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope to meet! Nothing was too much trouble for him-from helping you with locations, booking taxis, making you tea, making sure you are warm and comfortable! He also makes a fantastic breakfast and milk tea!
The place was clean and quaint and super cozy! I would recommend it 100%!
