Everything- I couldn't have asked for anything more. Such a wonderful place to stay. It was exceptional. Large comfy bedrooms, spacious and luxurious bathroom, plentiful breakfast and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's across the road to the old city

We were slightly out of season but I wish the garden had been a little more ‘in bloom’ as it is such a possibility to enhance. I’m sure it is stunning in the summer months

The staff, service, food, location and quality of this hotel is five star. The wonderful rooms are beautifully decorated, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff attentive, courteous and very well informed. The breakfast is perfect.

We loved everything.

Heritage Villa Nobile recently renovated exceeded our expectations, convenient location and located new Pile Gate (no stairs). Beri and owners, Stipe and Tina, had thought of everything and were attentive to our every needs. Our Villa room, The Musician Room #2, with original restored piano was spacious with tub/shower/sitting area and most of all, loved the heated bathroom floors. Breakfast served on beautiful patio surrounded by orange trees and blankets and heaters if needed. Our kids, family of 4 stayed in loft (no elevator) and single brother stayed across the hall from us (ground level). We were all treated like family and would definitely return and highly recommend for your next stay.

Heritage Villa Nobile exceeded expectations on every level! Tina and staff went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfasts were outstanding, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are remarkably serene. The historic touches add a thoughtful and interesting theme throughout the establishment. The location is perfect, just outside the walls of the old city. Heritage Villa Nobile was the perfect place for lodging during our stay in Dubrovnik!
