We were self catering, our apartment had everything we needed; a fridge/freezer and full sized oven with a halogen hob. The apartment was cleaned every day and towels and bed linen changed every other day. The Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them or for their staff. The restaurant, which was part of the complex was excellent - and reasonably priced. The pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds were available. It was also a short walk to the beach and shops.

Loved the pool and the staff. Definitely the highlights of the stay. A/C worked well and felt safe as a solo traveller. House keeping kept the room very clean each day. The view from the ocean view room was great and overall was a good stay.
Bathroom was awful. Very small and dark. The shower was situated in the middle of the room with a shower curtain all the way around, but gave no protection so water went all over the floor. Was a hand held shower head and the bathroom overall was a bit moldy. The kitchen facilities were pretty non existent, there were a few dishes but nothing to clean them with. House keeping we’re great at cleaning these daily but it would have been nice to be able to clean myself so I could reuse for other things.

The welcome and hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. The level of cleanliness was exceptional. Every day we returned at 5pm we saw the cleaner cleaning under every table in the restaurant. When eating in the restaurant we could see former guests being greeted like old friends. People from the village were dropping in for food and drinks and receiving a warm welcome. Alykes is a pretty resort with fabulous restaurants. Really relaxing. We will be coming back

We booked their car to pick us up at the airport and when I said I had mobility issues, they immediately offered me a ground floor room. The room was cleaned well every day. The hotel is easy walking distance to everything but still manages to be quite quiet. The staff are lovely.

We just loved our stay here and I can’t say much more. Would recommend to all travellers; families, solo travellers or people travelling for work as it was versatile and we saw all different types of people staying and all happy with their choice.

The accommodation is basic, but expected. It was really good value for money and all staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would return!

We only had one night in Zakinthos and Piccadilly was the perfect choice. The owner Petros and his wife were extremely helpful, spending time to book us a pivate boat trip to Nanagio beach and the blue caves. The pilote, Yanni was friendly and we felt safe and relax. The place is very quiet, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Food is excellent and will satisfy someone with big appetite as portions are huge. I woke up early to see the sunrise and it was a beautiful moment.

Lovely modern apartment . Had everything we could need, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker etc.
Great restaurant as well! Near to centre of the resort and only 2 minutes from the beach.
Possibly could have a sofa in the living area but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Unbeatable location, rooms spacious, good a/c, 5 min. to a lovely beach and even closer to shops and several restaurants. Good restaurant on site as well, although I can only review dinners, as we self-catered for breakfast. Christina and Petros are welcoming and helpful hosts, wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
While the quadruple rooms are very comfortable, with modernised bathrooms and all you need in the kitchen if you wish to self-cater, the double rooms have a very modest kitchen section and old-fashioned Greek-style bathrooms, which some might find less comfortable. We are used to them so we didn't mind, and the modest kitchen was enough to have coffee and breakfast, but if you wish to cook I suggest you book a quadruple room.

I didn't have breakfast, but I enjoyed many dinners on the patio and would recommend to anyone the food and the convivial environment.
Almost every guest both dinner and hotel were repeat and extended stays.
The wifi was horrible.
The A/C was excellent, but it would have been better for me to have had a fan to supplement the A/C in order to keep the balcony doors open.

The hospitality was excellent and location of the apartment is great. A lot of bars, reastuarnant and shops nearby. The sandy beach is 5 min away.
There weren't any cleaning product in the kitchen or soap in the bathroom. Just bring your own things.

The location is good, near to the beach of Alykes and city centre. The food is good at the restaurant, the staff is nice and helpful.
All the balconies are facing the road, which is maybe sometimes noisy. The bathroom and the kitchen lack in cleanliness, and the shower door was broken. We also didn’t have the room that we booked even if we asked for a specific one.

location was perfect for the village very central close to bars and restaurants, close to beaches. Food very good and Petros and Christini and family can not do enough for you, rooms cleaned every day would recommend.
