La posizione

Silenzioso nonostante fosse in pieno centro, posizione centrale, ampio e molto luminoso.

Super-Lage für touristische Unternehmungen. Zimmer im 6. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) war ruhig und hatte tollen Blick über die Altstadt bis zu den Bergen. Vermieter Pietro war zuverlässig und gab uns sehr brauchbare Tipps (Airport-Shuttle und Restaurants).

Schön wäre gewesen, wenn es beim Wasserkocher im Zimmer neben den Kräuterteebeuteln noch Schwarzteebeutel und 2 Tütchen Instantkaffee gegeben hätte. Muss aber auch nicht sein: Cafe´s gibt es nur wenige Meter die Straße rauf, da kann man schnell Frischgebrühten holen und Croissants dazu.

Posizione eccellente

L'immobile è prestigioso ed in una posizione eccellente. Peccato però che sia lasciato all'usura del tempo senza alcuna manutenzione. Condizionatore rotto, doccia rotta, pulizia scadente e soprattutto inconcepibile che la cucina sia presente solo per la foto del servizio senza alcuna utilità effettiva... manca infatti qualsiasi utensile per poterla adoperare, finanche le posate ed un cucchiaino per poter girare una bibita.

La cordialità del gestore l’accoglienza è suggerimenti per poter trascorrere al meglio la vacanza inoltre posizione strategica vicinissimo alla parte sia storica che moderna.

L’unica cosa riguarda l’ alloggio cuscini bassi e scomodi e il bagno a nostro parere da ristrutturare anche se nonostante tutto ci siamo adattate

Very clean establishment. Located on a small street perpendicular to the main lively pedestrian street where restaurants and shops are located. Room in an apartment on the sixth floor, so as not to hear the noise of the city. Warm welcome by appointment only.

Very firm mattress and thin pillows. Suggestion: Offer free bottle of water

Location and size of the room

Admittedly it was hot during our stay but regardless there were 2 air conditioners in our room, one would turn on but not blow any air and the other one barely kept the room cool. The room itself is very very basic a bed with a sheet and 2 pillows, small fridge, TV and a cheap hairdryer, that’s it. No tea/coffee making facilities or even a bottle of water. Yes Pietro is a lovely guy and happy to offer his knowledge on the area and his recommendations were 💯 and when I asked if there was an iron, he quickly supplied one but no ironing board and asked me to return it quickly as someone else wanted to use it. Then there’s the bathroom, toilet paper can’t be flushed but placed in a small bin next to the toilet as there are issues with the plumbing and the smell of sewage often wafts into the room. Oh and the bath towels, they were literally like using sandpaper! If these things don’t bother you, then great enjoy your stay but I think I would happily pay a few $ more and enjoy a comfortable room elsewhere.

extremely good location, super central, everything is on walkable distance we also really liked how good the customer service is, Pietro is very attentive, welcomed us very nicely and helped us finding a parking spot, good restaurants, and providing many advices of places to visit. Really good experience

Perfect location, fantastic hosts (Pietro is a wealth of information for restaurants, shopping, logistic issues…). Family run property, comfortable, good value for money, very helpful. Possibility to park nearby (ask Pietro to organise the car park with Piero), just be aware that the hotel is within the ZTL (it will cost you 5 € to transit through the ZTL, easy to organise, Pietro can explain).

all was excellent

Pietro and Vittorio were very welcoming and helpful. We felt like long lost friends! The apartment had everything we could need and was in a fantastic location. (Close to plenty of eating options) We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Location perfect, view from the balcony just incredible, easy checkin and correspondence, very warm welcome and a authentic elevator.

The airconditioning wasn’t working properly even when we put it on 16 degrees (!) and when we mentioned this they told us to close the stores and lights to keep it cool (6th floor). It was 44 degrees outside. Not really acceptable for the money we’ve paid sorry. Luckily we had a ventilator :) And the fridge was also not working - so forget about the cold drinks.

Great place to stay, near main street, close to all restorants and bars. Also main central station (for buses and trains) is in walking distance.
