We reserved The Two Storey Beach Front Maisonette for the holiday of family of four. When we checked in, we found out that the place did not correspond to the ad in booking. It was dirty everywhere, the bathrooms were dirty and not maintained. The shower in one bathroom broke on the first night. In the other bathroom, the toilet lid was not attached to the toilet bowl at all. We notified the owner but he did nothing. 3 days before the end of our holiday he called and lied to us that we had to leave as the electricity to the whole village would be cut off indefinitely. In fact, there is a sewage problem in the building, which the owner probably knew about, because the entire building was empty. As a result of this problem, upon our arrival we found that the apartment on the first floor was flooded with sewage and a terrible smell was coming from there. However, the owner of the maisonette had decided to rent it out anyway. Our reservation was canceled early and we were forced to pay extra for the remaining 3 nights at another hotel in the village. Needless to say, there were no power outages in the following days.

The host is very helpful and attentive and location is perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very spacious. We would definitely choose it again

We didn't use the smaller bedroom upstairs because it was too hot even with a fan on. It would be better with an air conditon.

Great Location, a few metres from the sea. Spacious and well ventilated apt with lots of useful equipment, friendly and communicative owner. Nice climate, quiet nights.

The 2nd floor is not for tall people (>170cm). The a/c is noisy, however we only had to use it once. The railing on the 2nd floor is rather short, therefore unsafe. The stairs are also steep (given the space available this cannot change) but it it would be helpful and safer if there was a rail.

Bathrooms could benefit from a light renovation, nothing annoying though. The ceiling in one of the rooms on the higher level is too low and it’s impossible for an adult to stand upright.

One bedroom is open space, over the living room so there is no privacy. The 3rd bedroom si very small with the ceiling at maximum 1.50 m, so it was very difficult for a couple to stay there The bathrooms are old and definetly need a renovation. Old furniture in the kitchen, but it wasn't a big problem.

The building and some furniture needs to be refreshed.

Place is clean and spacious, with excellent location to many beach bars. It is close to two supermarkets, places for having dinner while watching the sunset. Hosts are very kind in welcoming the guests providing some water, juices, fresh snacks just to make you feel like home.

Everything was perfect. No cons at all.
