Nice large terrace with sea view.

Apartment did not meet expectations: airco in living room was not working, shower was horrible, washbasin could not consistently give warm or cold water so sometimes you had to wash your mouth with hot water when brushing your teeth, toilet didn’t always properly flush, electricity in apartment was limited. Overall we felt we had paid way too much for what was a very mediocre quality apartment.

Location and view by far the two best features. Terrace gets morning sun and evening sun, which is exceptional. View unconstrained in almost 180 degrees, really stunning. Kitchen well equipped, flat comfortable for 2 people, aircon works well.

Despite being on the 6th floor, music from the bars at ground floor level across the street can be heard late into evenings, even with doors/windows shut. Flat not recommended for couple with young children or light sleepers. Bedrooms are quite small and there is only one bathroom (the other is just a toilet), so not recommended for 4 people.
