The interior was amazing Staff was really nice especially the guy who came out of the office. Bed linen was good quality ideal with the washing machine. The lighting was amazing. Kitchen made it perfect for cold drinks. Attention to detail was everything.

Door handles was lose on the bedroom and we couldn’t close the door as we got locked in a few times. Door to the laundry room was hitting on the floor. Bathroom had a funny smell maybe you could get plug ins to make the apartment smell nice. The cleaner to make sure things are not left behind from previous we found a pair of socks behind the pouffe as you walk in and a pair of child’s knickers in the washer. Dust behind the bed side tables and lamps was not major but points for the cleaner to pick up on.

Location is very good, not too far from shops. Air conditioning was brilliant throughout the whole apartment and was very much welcomed. Staff were very very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable,Appartment, generous in size, nice sofa and dining area, comfortable beds and bedrooms, good air conditioning/heating. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine on balcony to the rear. Good storage facilities. Nice showers. Helpful friendly staff. Great Sky bar on the 11th floor with fantastic views of Casablanca. Another restaurant which looked really nice will be opening after Ramadan. All in all a lovely place that is very centrally located.

With it being a self catering Appartment I would have liked a few kitchen basics like tea towels, washing up brush and a cloth to wipe surfaces down. Also maybe a few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice welcoming touch for guests that have had a long trip and don't want to go out shopping immediately. A few times the water didn't work but we finally found out that we had to leave the taps open for a few minutes and the water would come back on. The balcony had a table and two chairs. It was a three bedroom apartment so a few more chairs would have been great. I know it is a Muslim country and most places don't serve alcohol, but this Appartment attracts International customers and it would have been nice to finish off the day in the sky bar with a nice meal and a glass of wine.

It was in a local area which we could easily reach the tourist areas. The place was large, comfortable and plenty of toilet paper. Something which other places we stayed at here, didn't have.

There was no instruction list on how to use the electrical devices. Having the oven on and electrical stove tripped the switch. Also it took us 45 minutes to find the switch box, so some information on it would have been helpful.

Having a microwave would make it more convenient to reheat food!

The apartment was lovely and well decorated, very clean and things were new and had most things you would usually want. The shower facilities were great and and an easy to use washing machine. For Morocco it was really good internet. It has a nice little restaurant attached but mostly bar/snack type goods. The staff were really friendly overall.

The apartment hotel is not really designed for English speaking visitors.it is not really a hotel at all. It was difficult on the front desk and restaurant as no one spoke any helpful English. We have spent 7 weeks travelling Morocco and for the largest city in Morocco our experience here was the least enjoyable or helpful. The hotel is much further out from any places of interest than you think from the description provided. The kitchen still needs additional crockery - simple things like coffee cups! The TV is only set up in Arabic with no French nor English channels. 4 times they said they would send technical assistance but none arrived.nor was there any real interest. Tv might not be for everyone but not everyone wants to battle the streets trying to find places to eat out etc. and it provides light entertainment on a foreign country. Visitors/guests need options. The issue should be addressed by owner. No assistance regarding things to do or places to see. No offers to assist even finding a taxi by the front desk. And lastly it backs onto a university building and very noisy most of the day.
