Sin duda alguna lo mejor es la ubicación, accedes a toda la ciudad andando sin problemas. La limpieza es excelente, todo muy limpio. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en Alicante. La persona responsable te informa de todo y es muy atenta.
Si llevas vehículo es complicado aparcar cerca, la zona es para los residentes, cosa que me parece excelente. Como es un piso con muchos vecinos a veces se escuchan las conversaciones y la tele de los demás.

Location was great. Host was very helpful and communicated well. She gave us lots of information about the area. Key collection was easy enough, however it would’ve been helpful if the instructions actually specified that the flat is on the second floor. Luckily a kind resident showed us where it was. Also, the wifi instructions were not very clear.
All in all we were satisfied with our short stay - it was fine for a few days holiday.
Decor and furniture are tired and dated, however, it was functional and served as a good base.

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de Alicante y muy cerca del Paseo Marítimo. Muy buena si no llevas coche porque todo alrededor es zona ORA. La anfitriona fue solícita y se preocupó de que todo fuera bien. El wifi funcionó correctamente.
La casa es antigua con muebles muy gastados y decoración muy básica. Tiene varios defectos de escaso mantenimiento, Grifos que no cierran o que sale muy poca agua, los platos y cubiertos son básicos, la tostadora es muy vieja y no funciona, el papel higiénico no tiene portarrollos, en fin, muchos detalles que hacen que sea una casa de paso para estar poco tiempo. La distribución de la casa es un pasillo larguísimo del que salen a uno de los lados las habitaciones. El salón es grande y uno de los baños también, pero dos de la habitaciones son pequeñas.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is really close to the city center. Parking was easy and the apartment was really spaceous. The host was great and gave us a lot of good information about places to visit and how to get around.

Piso céntrico que permite visitar la ciudad a pie y también muy cerca de la estación de Renfe y de autobuses. Muy tranquilo, se descansa bien por la noche. Equipado con todo lo necesario y limpio. Propietaria muy amable y comunicativa.

Fuimos a Alicante para una boda unos amigos y yo y la estancia fue genial. La ubicación que era para nosotros importante es perfecta. No tardamos más de 10 minutos a ninguno de los sitios donde necesitamos ir, incluyendo la estación de trenes. La propietaria muy simpática y atenta en todo momento, incluso nos hizo el favor de alargar un poco la salida para que nos cuadrase con el tren. Totalmente recomendable!

Staff kind and almost available; space in apartment is quite good
It was difficult to obtain the keys at own arrival because the information was not clear; anyway the owner is always available by whatsapp. The plant of the apartment is uncomfortable because there is a long hallway connecting all rooms, and so during the accomodation an old person can have some problems

10/10.The property is great, exactly as mentioned and showing in the pictures. The property is very spacious too. Everything is on a walking distance. The host is in the touch from start to finish. Helpful to guide about places, food etc. There is a corner restaurant underneath the property, run by an Argentinian lady , which is nice as well. Overall everything is best. We had great trip.

Perfect location, 5-10 minutes walking from everything you want to see (ok, 20 min to the castle if you want to walk up). Still away from the city noise.
Decently equipped kitchen, perfect for mid- and long-term stay.

The electrical system failed a couple of times. But this is an easy fix; just push the fuse up

Easy to find, great connection to airport. Location is amazing, walking distance to all important sights.
Beds are very good.
Although the apartment is very clean it is quite old (except for beds). Most furniture is old and needs to be replaced.
Kitchen needs also a full makeover. The cooker is using a gas cylinder (common in Spain) but very dangerous.
I would reccommend switching to electric.

The accommodation was close to the center of Alicante. All services were also close to the Accommodation, Shops, Restaurants and so on. The apartment was clean and the owner friendly and helpful. Quiet place after 23.00.
The walls are thin and you can hear clearly the neighbors talking. You also know what TV show they watch. Luckily they stop talking at 23.00. The furniture is from the 1980s. Out of date. You can´t see anything from bedrooms windows.

the apartment is well located. it’s
close to las esplanada and there are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. it has three rooms and two bathrooms. a nice kitchen and a living room. this place is perfect for an extended stay or if you’re a big group traveling. the host was very nice and would check on me regularly. she provided me with a list of recommendations and places to see and things to do.
the only complaint I have is the wifi. it’s fairly slow, so keep that in mind if you have to work. also the signal drops if you’re in the room closest to the entrance

Unfortunately I was unable to fly out and meet with my son who was waiting. The staff were extremely helpful in taking care of my son and looking after him with his stay. I was extremely worried about not being there but was reassured by the staff. I can't thank you enough for your help and will definitely be coming back to thank you personally 😊

Excellent location. Apartment is huge, good for big groups.
Historic downtown and beaches are very close by walking. You won’t need a car you enjoy Alicante if you choose this location.
Hosts were so gentle and helpful! They were always willing to help you and asking if we needed something.
Although the apartment is very good located and it’s big I think it’s little pricey. Maybe it works better for bigger groups.
Bedroom were hot because AC is only in the living room, you have a fan in each bedroom.

Good location, kitchen facilities, good bathrooms, comfortable beds, balcony, spacious living room. I asked for another row of towels and sheets and Beatrix was very kind. Thank you.
The time 17.00 a clock for check in a bit too late. It could be slightly modified. Our flight arrived at 8 am in Alicante and we had a long time to wait.

The location/price ratio is incredible. You are within 5 to 10 minutes by foot to the beach & all central Alicante amenities and even just in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a delightful community square, to sit & watch the world go by. Fresh food market literally beneath the apartment building & supermarket, pharmacy & a range of eateries within moments of the building. Second to none for convenience, security & access to all services of interest.
We disliked nothing, as even very small issues we identified were immediately attended to by our hosts. The service was incredible. While this is not a 5* Hotel, the welcome & attentiveness of the owners most certainly rate 5* and I absolutely recommend la Estrella de Alicante for your city break!
