Simple comfortable room... Friendly and welcoming staff and easy check in does let you check in and check out online.. Checked out online.... easy enough The room was small but comfortable.... two single beds... TV.... work station table.... and small ensuite bathroom with shower... USB ports and reading lights are near the bed which was very useful It's a budget hotel with the simple traveler in mind Good value for the price and comfortable With free on-site parking and not too far from Strasbourg city centre., Shopping centre and various food restaurants are also nearby

Couldn't connect to the WiFi.. The shower head wouldn't fit in its holder ..

This is not a hotel but a very very low quality hostel. There are 3 bunk beds on top of each other from the floor till the ceiling. The bottom bed is not a matress but almost a yoga mat straight on the floor. The bathroom is very dirty with stain in the sink. The shower curtains are not fully essembled. The breakfast doesnt start until 8am, and there is no one to provide refund. The manager starts to work at 18:30. There are piles of trash at the entrance. All for 300€ per night! Not recommending to any traveller, please stay in a different city if you need to but avoid this place!

Almost everything. Sticky floor, unfriendly staff, snob teenager receptionist, room door locks doesn't work, super expensive for the quality provided. Horrible experience.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The water pressure was brilliant in the shower.

Very friendly personnel who waited us until late to check in and was smiling. The4 same person checked us out in the morning with the same pleasant attitude. Really made a difference.

Cigarette burns all over the sink really ruins the appeal.

It's a nice hotel for the price and for one or two nights. We had a room next to a door and of course it was a bit noisy, but nothing really extreme, so we had a nice sleep in the end. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast is good for the very affordable price.

Breakfast. Simple but good. Fresh warm baguettes with jam. Good coffee....

Dirtiness. Room was dirty with dirty sheets, on table somebody left boxes with rest of old pizza. Stuff didnt want to change room. I waited till they will clean. Of course woman from hotel was extremely unhappy that I wanted clean room with clean sheets....

Stuff are very helpful. Hotel is super clean. Heaters are working efficiently. The hotel is good secured.

Maintenance of the hotel is not up to speed. I rented two rooms 104 and 103. 104 bathroom ventilation fan was not installed, and the sleeve for the fan is opened and not secured. On room 103 the flush tank for the toilet was running with a never stop. Beside it is waste of water energy, it was very annoying to all family members that we didn't get good sleep. Also, accidently one of the stuff opened the room, using the master key, by mistake while my wife and kids are sleeping at 12 am. Thankfully, my wife was awake and confronted her. Like I said it was clearly a mistake, but it reflects how poor coordination between stuff and hotel system of what rooms are engaged and what are not. We were very tired after 10 hours driving from paris and still 9 more hours to go to cross Slovenia. We didn't have enough time to depate and complain in person due to our limited time schedule for traveling.-

The room was quite little and the bathroom was cramped. It was impossibile to wash my face (there was barely 5 cm between the sink and the tap, just to squeeze my hand under the tap) and all the bathroom was so narrow you had to keep the door open. There were no towels and there was just half toilet roll (the same was in the other room we booked so it is no unlucky chance, they do it by default). The room was noisy since it was ground floor and behind the curtains there is a trainline with trains transiting through the night. There was no blanket on the bed, just a light duvet (fortunately you could adjust the temperature through a heater) On a positive note, the personnel was very friendly and they were available to come to give us the room keys at midnight (we had been delayed by traffic). Also, the rooms were clean and there is around 10 parking spaces reserved for the hotel.
