A beautiful looking accommodation in a wonderful area. I was very impressed with everything including a folder of things to do & see in the area., I only met the hosts once but they where all nice and friendly.

It's a lovely 15/20 minute walk down the river into the town centre. We stayed 2 nights, and it's like home from home. Amazing place to stay. Wendy and Jim made us feel very welcome.the annex is beautiful, and we can't wait to come again.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable flat in lovely quiet location. Really pretty walk along the canal into town
Bedroom could have done with blackout curtains but really that's just a personal preference

We got our own breakfast, but the facilities were there too have a hot breakfast.
Absolutely nothing...spot on...hence the high scoring.

We loved it, very clean 👌 everything you could possibly need was available. The bed is super comfy with lovely bedding.

Everything from arriving to leaving was excellent. The host Jim was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without any extra cost. Jim also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed or required any help. The Annexe was in very good condition, sufficiently equipped and maintained well including the garden. We even had Netflix which was a bonus. It's in a lovely location walkable to the city via the river route or main road.
Nothing really. Just that the shower had a leak which hopefully the host will be able to sort.

A very clean and comfortable apartment. The crisp bed sheets were amazing. Great communication and friendly welcome.
The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit and the pillows were a mixed bag.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly with excellent communication and helpful advice. Would highly recommend and will stay again when visiting Lincoln.
