Stayed there only because close to airport - one night Needs urgent renovation from the parking lot to the rooms to the pool and outdoor areas. Industrial buffet food.

This place lacks customer service. Definitely a basic quality hotel. I was checked in and given an occupied room! Great balcony view! Although the height of the chair made it a bit obstructed. The bed is not comfortable! However as a solo traveler I could use one of the blankets for more softness. The air condition blows directly at the bed, which is not good. Water pressure good and there was a bathtub, yay! The breakfast had variety but it is not quality food! There are markets close by for food but no fridge in the rooms!! It is in a good location for tour bus pickup.

I asked for sea view, and most views were of appartamentos in front, very little sea view. Very disappointing

We had a bad experience. Check in took forever. The biggest issue was: The bed! It could not be worse - hard as a rock and we could feel and hear the bed springs. There were only one power outlet in the room, and we had to pay deposit to get an extension cord. If a person in the room next to yours fart you can hear it. We had broken plastic chairs at the balcony

The property was excellent and the room was great staff were friendly and helpful

The bed was rock solid and a very small single bed. The view was great from the 12th floor but the hotel definitely needs a big refurbishment. The furniture in the rooms are very dated and holes in the wall and marks everywhere. It’s the type of the hotel you book for “ cheap and cheerful” the location was ideal either such a quiet area.

Very basic hotel could do with update food very bad

I should have taken heed of other 1 star ratings for this hotel. When I was checking in I was told by quite a rude lady that their system did not have the correct ages of my teenage children but instead they had set out the room with 2 cots for 1year olds and that I would have to pay for the difference or just sort it out. I contacted my provider, Hotels.com who were extremely helpful and after much follow up from my Hotels.com agent the issue was resolved but it was not the kind of stress I needed during a holiday. Apart from this ordeal it may have got a 3 star overall rating from me because the breakfast is reasonable, location good, entertainment OK, pool OK and quite clean. It is however very dated, possibly 1970s or early 80s fittings throughout. For example there was only one plug socket which was used for the TV in the main living area.

Hotel is old and dated. Not all rooms have a/c or fridge or kettle. This was not clear on booking or checkin. Not enough parasols around pool and on sun deck. Breakfast was very good. Always plenty of choice and loads of fresh fruit.

The bathroom was just horrible, dirty. It is not 3x starts but less for sure

It was just not good nice weather some staff was very good and helpful and some were just rude it sue to be very good but will not go there again been going there for 7 years

Very reasonably priced hotel in a great location near to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The room was tiny and balcony super small, but clean and adequate. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping very difficult as the room was so hot. Also there was no fridge in the room. We were B&B guests and had lots of selection at breakfast. Pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds. Overall was a great hotel for what we paid.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It's dated and in need of major renovation. The hotel does not have AC which is made the stay very uncomfortable regardless, spending time in room, reception area or their restaurant. The room pictures are deceiving on hotels.com as the furniture and bathroom was nothing like it. On the flip side, most staff were friendly and the hotel was centrally located to amenities.

Great property with pool and good location. Walkable to beach and restaurants. Good restaurant on site.

Only stayed one night waiting for ferry to La Gomera. Arrived at 10pm, reception excellent. Breakfast inclusive on our booking, full range of options in clean and well serviced area. Reception offered to call taxi when we were leaving. Overall, impressed with service and hotel, would definitely stay again.

Excellent position in close vicinity to the beach and bars but also in a nice quite position with lovely bay or mountain views. The rooms were lovely and clean and in good condition, the all inclusive offerings were wonderful, any drink combination you wanted (just ask!) or help yourself to soft drinks, chilled water, ice, red/white/rose wine, sangria, beers. Food choice was excellent with choices of fresh meats and fish to be cooked fresh to your liking plus many other options with plenty of vegetables and salads. If you couldn't find something amongst that lot, I really worry about what you eat!!! Staff were perfectly nice. The pool area was clean and pleasant, pool was cold but I am rubbish at getting in pools anyway! Plenty of people were using it plus you need it that way when it's getting a bit hot. Checked in at 11.30am and our room was unexpectantly ready! We were also a late checkout and there was free luggage storage and use of showers etc. We often walked down to the front (5 minute walk) and had the odd bar drink, walked around Los Cristianos's shops, all along the front to Playa de las Americas, all easily doable. We would walk to America's of an evening and grab a taxi back which was less than £7. Taxi from the airport is so easy, just walk up to the taxi rank and they sort the next one out for you, fixed rate of €28 and at the hotel in 15 minutes! I will definitely return :-)

Excelent food 5/5 , but there was a terrible noise in the restaurant. Waiters were throwing dishes when they cleaned the tables. That was the reason for the noise.

The view from our room was nice. Everything all around was pretty good except I wish we had a refrigerator in our room and access to ice

After reading some reviews we were a little apprehensive but shouldnt have been. We came as a stag do, 14 guys. 3 rooms of 4 and 1 room of 2. Plenty of room in all of the rooms. Rooms were very basic but clean and even had good sea views when we came (March 2023). Restaurant was great. Very big and the food was decent every time we came. Bar for AI was mostly self service although they do have a hidden cocktail menu if you ask. Pool area and the hotel generally was clean and tidy. Sports was good with pool tables, mini golf etc in the hotel. Walking distance to the bars on the sea front and there is an area of bars behind the hotel as well. Would definitley use the hotel again!

The hotel is abit dated but staff and breakfast was good.I would not stay here in the summer due to no air con and fridge.

Hotel very shabby. Didn’t sleep well due to noise on the corridor . 7 every morning then bottle’s been emptied outside our room. The only plus for this hotel was the location. Even said I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. We checked with 2days early because of the noise. No refund and no real apology!

Good location and facilities. Staff are rather miserable and rude at times. But overall a good stay.

room was not very clean and the cabinets were broken, bed not in place against the wall, drawers were broken, advertised as having air conditioning however there was none. breakfast was also disappointing with busy seating and food that didn't taste fresh. far better alternatives. On the up side the outside area is fabulous with a nice pool and good bar.

Hotel dated and rooms need decorating.

We liked the lovely view from our "superior" room ! 15th (top) floor. We didnt lile the very hard mattresses. We put up with them (- being British and so not complaining-) until our last 4 days but then we did ask for help the guest help said " oh! We will put mattress toppers on the beds in 15 mins !" They put in 2 very thin quilts on top of each matress which did v little . Ho Hum! We survived . The food was good. The pool was good . The sea and town were close , and v good beaches in walking distance. The evening entertainment was good enough for the price we paid , and v good at times !

To be a three star hotel it is a very nice perfect located hotel with fantastic breakfast and dinner. We are very pleasd.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, although we hardly slept a wink at night times due to no air conditioning or fans in the room. Impossible to sleep with the heat.

I only had one night at this place . Room was ok . The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best about this property
