Once a hidden gem, now aging and not well maintained. Lots of potential for this hotel but it seems to be on its last days. Management clearly has not been maintaining and and updating the building. I’ve stayed many times over the past few years but my last two stays had multiple maintenance issues in the rooms.

The stay was lovely however, the parking fees were ridiculous, we were told it was 65 a night- fine, but at the end of our stay there was extra charges and taxes that were not disclosed to us. So that was disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great

Was fine. But definitely needs a lift. My floor had a strange smell. New carpets would make a big difference. With an upgrade I’d stay all the time, but o won’t go back till I hear it’s been updated.

We have stayed here a number of times and do like the hotel. The staff is nice and accommodating and the rooms are very large. We did ask that are room be made up each day and on two days of our stay it was not. This was really out of character and a first in our numerous stays

The amenities were nice the rooms had a small kitchenette. The location is the BEST walking distance to Melrose Street where there is coffee shops, restaurants and clothing stores. Highly recommended!!

Friends recommended and this hotel did not disappoint. West Hollywood is beautiful. The surrounding neighbourhood is fabulous. Some beautiful homes. Very safe to walk at night. Heaps of restaurants to choose from. Great vintage shopping on Melrose. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights in August 2024. Nice hotel great neighbourhood (weho). Parking a pain (valet only and 70 a night) and we did not get credit for drinks we were promised and so paid a hundred bucks more than planned. Pool nice but busy with events Nice stay but expensive and just ok service.

I was promised to check in early, but when u got there.. the front desk refused to do it and asked me to come later. I told them it was my wedding day. When I came back on time.. there was a delay. Plus the staff was not the most welcoming.

Very nice one bedroom suite , great AC , nice front desk, however did have issues with bedroom TV not working, bathroom sink had clogging issues and bathroom toilet had little pressure. In addition , the 65 dollar valet parking was excessive in my opinion.

We arrived early and George was giving perfect service at valet parking. A pitty that at 4 pm the suite was still not ready for check in. Lady at reception was not so understanding/ service oriented. However, George was doing a great job with his bar tender at the rooftop bar. We had a great evening and perfect stay. The rooftop outlook is great. Room 351 is spacious, clean and comfortable for staying as a family of 4 with teenagers.

We loved the Le Parc. It was a great place for our home base for the week. We had great service from the staff, the neighborhood is very walkable to restaurants and shops. We loved the suite we were in so much space to spread out and the kitchenette was great as well. The patio was all great. Overall we loved our stay

Great upscale hotel, great location. The room was well appointed and more room than what 2 people needed, but it's a great suite with plenty of space and a useful kitchenette & balcony. I liked that the bathroom has the toilet/shower separated from the sink so that both can be used with privacy. The restaurant also has good food and service. If you have a higher budget, this is a great choice.

This was our second stay after a cancelled flight. We chose to go back there after a panicked decision and familiarity, however was quite disappointed. We booked a room for 4 as we did on the first stay and both times the room was only made up for 2 to sleep. When we went to reception to explain they said they couldn’t make up the bed and just gave us the bed sheets for the sofa bed. There was no water in the room on the second trip and the member of staff on the evening was quite unhelpful. Also the first stay the room was quiet but this time there were people underneath talking loudly until 2am. I got no sleep after a stressful day

Lovely friendly hotel. Very large suite and in a lovely location. Felt very safe. Valet guys were lovely as were reception staff. My only issue was the room was booked for 4 but set up only for 2. Had to ask a couple of times for extra towels but they sorted it with loads of extra! Would definitely recommend

Rooms don't get cleaned daily, I get why they do that (to be green) but would've been nice to know before booking. You need to give them 24 hr notice and book the cleaners. And then they still have a 3-4 hr window. So booking a time is kind of pointless.
That aside, the place was nice, staff was helpful, and the location was good.

We spent 3 weeks here while recuperating from a surgery. It's not fancy, there is no attitude. The staff was not just pleasant and competent, but kind and always ready to go the extra mile. The rooftop pool and bar area is wonderful. The restaurant is limited, but what they do they do well. It's rare for us to pass three weeks in a place and come away with nothing but fond memories. Well done, Le Parc.

Overall our stay was great. Room floor plan was excellent and the area was in the perfect location. One thing that we did not particularly care for was the food/room service at the hotel. The quality of the food was not at all worth the price. I’m not sure why they charge a resort fee because there aren’t many amenities for you to enjoy and you still have to pay for parking ($65/night) and purchase drinks on the rooftop and pay to rent cabanas. Even with that being said, the customer service was great, the room was clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Suite with kitchenette was lovely, clean and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was great to many nice shops and eateries. Only feedback that was not perfect was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work that weekend and was being repaired.

The staff is so friendly, and the property is in excellent condition. The area around was fantastic. We had a great time. Definitely, would love to come back.
