Indoor swimming pool was locked and I had to find someone to unlock the gate during posted open hours. The reason may have been that the indoor pool was extremely cold. I asked at the front desk and they didn’t know when it would be fixed (probably just to save a buck on heating it.) I also had no hot water in my room. Front desk personnel said they would work with Hotels.com to give some monetary compensation and not directly to me because booked through 3rd party of Hotels.com. That was a lie according to the Hotels.com representative I talked to on the phone. Very deceitful people at this hotel. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotels.com representative. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He gave me a $25 OneKey Cash credit for my poor experience at this hotel.

The bathtub was nasty and had pieces of coffee cup pushed into the drain handle to hold it open so water would drain. The tub itself had patches of white silicone on it that was flaking off. The nasty white silicone was all over our feet and we ended up putting a towel in the bathtub. We complained to the desk and got a run around.

Very nice place to stay, the bed was a little firm for my preference but that's a personal preference nothing wrong with the bed I just prefer softer. Other than that everything was good location was excellent staff was super super friendly.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Soft bedding. Updates to the hotel in the common spaces with the cleanest breakfast area I have seen for the standard breakfast fare. Room was a bit worn, with furniture and a door totally worn out at the bottom. Found two dead bugs in the room. Indoor pool looked very clean, though we did not use it.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and they provided extra towels near the pool. Jacuzzi had too much chlorine though. Bed was great, lots of pillows and ample amount of towels. Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was sufficient.

Hotel was hot. Hallways were hot due to being really close to the pool. Which made the room really hot. And AC in the room was horrible. The manager was going to give us a discount on the room, but we went through a third party site.

The hotel was just old. Clean and bed was comfortable. We checked in and were told breakfast was until 9:30 am. We showed up to breakfast at 9am and the attendant was irritated. I work in the food industry so i understood her frustration. I apologized and said we would be quick. I apologized a second time when she brought out the waffle mix for us. She ignored us completely and just walk around with an attitude putting things away around us. Plus the breakfast just wasnt good. Nothing hot except waffles and frozen defrosted microwavable burritos that had next to zero filling. Then there was no milk because she didnt want to bring any out.

Everything seems good except there was no HOT water. It was difficult to shower in cold water. Front desk inform me that I’m able to get my refund through the hotel.com that I reserve the my room with. Front Desk said that the water line broke sometimes in the middle of the night.

Very nice hotel. It was renovated recently. Clarion Pointe is a more upscale brand for the price. The gym and pool were both much bigger and nicer that other hotels we have stayed at. Large breakfast option with healthier options for my wife. 60” TV with streaming was a big upgrade for me I would recommend this hotel. Looks like the current rating is from old reviews before it was this brand

Checking in was a 45 min wait. There was only one person at the desk and was having computer issues. He said, he’s boss didn’t return his calls and had no help. Very frustrating! The hotel is very old and needs updating especially in the rooms! The beds were comfortable and there was a mini fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was just waffles, boiled eggs, coffee, juices and yogurt. Very limited. Location is ok. Pricey for a three star hotel!

The hotel has been updated in the lobby and breakfast area. The rooms are updated but still a little funky. The pool was open until 10 and a nice place to relax after our drive. The set up was nice but still felt old.
The front desk staff, especially Sean, were very helpful. He worked hard to resolve our issue with hotels.com and got us in a room even though hotels.com had made a huge mistake and was not resolving it.

This Hotel has been remodeled nicely. It’s more upscale than others in Winslow. It has a large gym and a nice bar. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The carpet looked like it was part of a crime scene, multiple red stains. Bed was very uncomfortable. Assortment of things in some state of disrepair. I was advised at checkin that a thorough inspection would be done after I checked out, based on the way the room looked upon checkin it seems they should actually fix and update the rooms first, was very gross. Although the sink and bathroom counter was updated since Clarion took over, they have a long way to go.

The wonderful staff made up for the dated property. But the beds were comfortable and the waffles were hot in the morning. Parking was very convenient and the area is great.
