Clean, woman at the front for check in was amazing.

It was overpriced for its amenities. $200 per night? plus the girls in the counter were not very nice. Facility is old and is not very secured. Bed was hard and the floor vibrates when you walk around. You can hear everything.

I am a Best Western believer and my stay here was quiet & comfortable.

This hotel is easy to get to, and located just a few miles from the Old Town area of Cottonwood. All of the staff members we interacted with were exceptionally friendly. Room itself is nothing special, but everything worked. One nice touch was that the room A/C was on when we got there, so we didn't have to wait an hour before the room became bearable. Another very nice thing about this place is that they have some covered parking. This is very rare for a chain hotel in this price range. Given how sunny and hot Arizona can get in the Summer, this is highly appreciated. Only real downside to this hotel is the dismal breakfast, which has too many faults to list here. But it does suffice if all one wants is to stuff something edible into their stomach. Despite the very poor breakfast, we would definitely consider staying again if we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The rooms were very nice and clean. And the beds were very comfortable. Also they had a nice breakfast bar, with a lot of food choices.

The Best Western in Cottonwood was delightful. Staff was great--friendly and accommodating; clean pool right outside our room, hours 9:00 am to 10:pm; free wifi, parking, plenty of ice always available; excellent continental breakfast--best I've seen--and a great Mexican restaurant steps away from the lobby. We would come here again, definitely. Much more enjoyable than the Las Vegas hotel on the strip we came from.

The area is a little sketchy - some homeless sleeping nearby - but parking lot was well lit. Personnel were nice, room was so-so (mattress not comfortable.)

Location, failed to reserve two connecting rooms for my family. It was a specific request, and was verbally confirmed twice before our arrival!

Yes I would come back again. Centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

We had an excellent stay, especially that the rooms and common areas were clean.

Worst hotel stay ever. Lots of bugs in the room and bathroom. Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Will never stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. I need a rollaway bed for an extra child and the young lady went ahead and brought it to the room free of charge. I was on a budget, yet, I wanted my son to have all him friends around. I really appreciate her kindness and helping us out.

We've stayed at this location previously, so we knew what to expect.

Solid option for budget travelers. High trafficked location but reasonably quiet. Hot breakfast options. Good clean shower with nice flow and heated water. Interior was functional.

Very affordable, pool and hot tub, standard rooms with AC, which are clean. Had very affordable laundry facilities on site. Staff was very nice. It’s at the end of the small town (follow speed limit in town or get a ticket), but close to the on-ramp to the highway, but not close enough noise wise. Gas station with a chain pizza joint right next door. Also there is the Green River State Park and golf course just a mile or so away. Goblin State Park, Canyonlands National Park, Moab, and tons of other outdoor adventures are all within an hour away (some not much more) making this little town a great base camp. Very limited dining options (Subway/Pizza), but there is a small market right off the main street that has a little of everything. No liquor store, but beer and other non- hard drinks can be bought. Very limited continental breakfast, but it was free food. Decaf only coffee! There is regular coffee in your room though. Let’s just say Utah is an area with lots of children so the pool and breakfast area were chaotic daily, but that’s most places; however, didn’t end up using pool or hot tub because of them being full and incredibly noisy (yes I’m older!). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
