Good location, near Lidl and the Tram station. Breakfast was 12 Euro for very few options. Overall though the staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke multiple languages.

We regularly visit Strasbourg for the Xmas Markets and have stayed at many different hotels. This was the first time at a Kyriad. At first we were pleased with our choice. So easy to get into town via the excellent Tram system. Warm welcome from the staff. Duvet covet had obvious burn marks on it so gave the wrong impression straight away. Although the item was clean they were willing to let their customers have this on their bed. Sends out the wrong signals. Breakfast was uninspiring and as I write I am trying to recover an overcharged account. Their records had us down for breakfast every morning of our 4 night stay. We had only had one breakfast. We will return to Strasbourg but may think twice about staying at a Kyriad however their price was very competitive

The hotel room was clean and functional, the staff was friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. Hotel price was rather disproportional due to the European Parliament plenary week. Some light sleepers might get disturbed by the sound of the ventilation system in the bathroom which can be heard from the room.

Perfect for a one night business stop over. Wifi worked well and staff very helpful

Good location with convenient tram access to the city center. Service is good, but the restaurant was a little understaffed and there was quite a wait for those who came a little later for dinner. Generally quiet, with the occasional chatter along the hallway and noise from the luggage and people checking out/in.

Poor internet and interrior. Does not at all match the price tag it came with.

Good value

This is a great hotel for 55 dollars/room, which is what we paid. Not in the city but there is a convenient tram in front to take you to the city. We were able to find street parking free for our car. Hotel is updated, clean. Room was somewhat small and wi-fi was spotty. Customer service was good, but the night guy was confused and took 15 minutes to check us out after making some mistakes. Overall would recommend for that price point even with the cons.

I stayed there as I was attending a conference at the Palais de congres which was only two tram stops away. The hotel was convenient as there was a tram stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to the conference center or city center. The hotel itself was very clean with new furniture and comfortable for a European style not too luxurious hotel. The service was great. My room was too hot when I arrived in October and the air conditioning was not working, the front desk staff explained that the air conditioning is turned off as of the beginning of October but offered to change my room to another one facing the side street where I could open the window which I did and it was fine. The room itself was very clean and all new furniture but small as all European hotels at this class are. It had a boiler and a daily supply of instant coffee and even biscuits. Room cleaning service was always prompt and efficient. Overall, a very good hotel and would recommend it.

Hotel is next to a train station in one of the suburbs of Strasbourg. Rooms are very clean and facilities are good. There's even a gym on the ground floor. Free parking is available on the roadside if you can get a lot.

Good location for the tram stop giving direct access to City Centre and 2 stops away from Parliament.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, and to be honest the service and standards of the hotel had dropped considerably. There was problem with they toilet, so they moved me to a small room without bath but disable shower. 11 euros charge per day for breakfast which was asked for at end of stay after being informed it was included. Restaurant was closed several nights.

Situated next to a tram stop and 3 stops from the European Parliament. Easy cheap tram access to City Centre. Room clean and modern, design includes no doors on clothes store areas. However there is a kettle for coffee/tea making. Missing from most Strasbourg hotels. A comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Good location, easy access to city centre by tram. Rooms are a bit small but clean, comfortable and daily maintained. Didn`t try their restaurant, but looked nice. Personnel was helpful, polite and spoke english. There is an 8 euros daily charge for the car park, which is right next to the hotel and is secured. I missed a garden but it`s not the point of this type of hotels. Overall it`s much better quality than the Ibis Budget on the opposite side of the road and the price is just a couple of £s higher, so worth it, recommended.
