We spontaneously decided some r&r was needed and lucked into an availability at this property. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and dining staff was wonderful in making suggestions on where to find things to do. We had a lovely respite with plenty of beautiful scenery and great places to eat.

Clean fresh linens, comfortable bed, perfect hot water for shower, satisfying complementary breakfast. Perfect stay after 15hr drive.

Needed better curtains. The giant sign was right outside and it felt like day time the whole night. Need an elevator as well. Had to bring all of our bags up the stairs

The hotel is older but clean! The beds are very comfortable.
No elevator should be in some description because we would have requested a first floor room. My husband does not do stairs well, especially after 7 hours in a car.

The girl that checked us in Friday night and the girl who did the breakfast set up were very nice. The rest of the front desk staff were not nice at all. They seemed annoyed that we were on a bike and were staying there. It looked like it was going to storm Friday eve so we asked if we could park our bike under the carport. They were rude when responding. They could have been a little nicer. The girl checking us out in the morning was also rude. Acting like I was bothering here and was very snarky with me. The facilities were nice, but the front desk staff were awful. Not people you want representing your business.

Staff were very pleasant at the front desk on check in and in the dining room at breakfast. The breakfast was good - bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. The quality of sausage was good. The hotel was not far from restaurants < 5 min drive and it was right off the highway on our route. I found the price to be a bit higher than expected but we were tired and needed to stop. Otherwise everything was fine. We were too tired to use the pool at night and it was closed in the morning. It looked nice.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Mary in the breakfast area. The free breakfast was delicious and there were a wide variety of items available. We will return when driving through West Virginia in the future!

We had to make a quick stop for the night. The check in was so easy. The room was clean and very nice. Even though we were right off the highway, we could not hear any road noise in our room.

Not that bad. But checking in was difficult computers were down. Then had a couple walk into our room. Husband went to desk. There mix up. Then room keys were cancel. What a pain. Breakfast was very nice. Selection was good.

I could relax here, even it being next to the highway there was no sound of trucks etc speeding past. The pillows/bed and covers mixed with the AC unit in the room made sure you were gonna fall asleep fast. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels/motels/resorts over the years and I got the best sleep I’ve ever at one here, along with no noise issues. Will be back again

Key card door lock would not work. Multiple attempts to gain access to room. Very aggravating. Cards looked worn but desk attendant would not replace with new cards.

Just a quick overnight stay on the way to NY. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast shift was very friendly. The room was a little worn but clean. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel is definitely nice but little bit outdated. Still have some area to improve. Overall it was a nice place and clean too. Breakfast was great also.

The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you need but its dated (old TV, ancient thermostat) and it's way too close to the highway, heard trucks engine brakes the entire night. Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful.
