Ripplecove hotel is where to be if looking for a luxurious, quiet, romantic and a relaxing spot with an incredibly breathtaking view. The location is everything my husband and I were looking for to reset before summer ends. The newly renovated downtown Orford is 15-20 minutes away and there you’ll find a great park, bar and restaurants if you wish to wonder around a little bit and Sherbrook 30 minutes away. Then again Ripplecove has everything you need to not go anywhere else. Le Riverain a beautiful restaurant with a great view of the lake that provides excellent service and a very nice bar both right on site. Though, I will not recommend the spa as the experience we all have in our head about a spa is not there unfortunately. The elements of a spa experience is missing.
Everything else at Ripplecove is absolutely amazing. Hubby and I cannot wait to go back; we found our spot for our yearly tradition of a quiet/romantic getaway.
P.S. I believe and give benefit of doubt. However, I don’t go anywhere without scrolling up and down reviews. Therefore, I will always be honest when giving reviews about a place to help others.
Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed in one of the new 3-bedroom villas, and it exceeded expectations. The view out to the lake from the multiple balconies was beautiful, and we had a well-equipped kitchen to cook meals. The hot tub was an over-the-top benefit that I didn't expect. The property itself is beautifully maintained and we were able to take out bikes and kayaks and peddleboats. Lovely!

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. Our room was immaculate and lots of attention paid to details. The staff are friendly, with prompt service and willingness to assist when asked. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Peaceful setting and beautiful nature on the lake. Nice front desk people able to quickly resolve issues. A few missing kitchen items were quickly delivered brand new in boxes. The 3-bedroom villa was perfect for the family of 5. Good selection of paddle boards and kayaks, although the kayaks could use some periodic washing to remove the crusty mildew. Overall, a good 5-day stay, exept for a strange encounter with a consierge who said that "the villas are not in his inventory and are for sale" and he was not helpful.

Very clean, renovated room and bathroom in the main lodge was beautiful and serene with a view of the lake. All staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful.

We had a good stay. Its a really nice place and good activities. The restaurant had excellent food but the wait was very long. The staff was great though and the overall experience was superb.

The property is absolutley stunning. We had a lake view and it was totally worth it! The staff were wonderful, and the amenities were a great perk to the property.
The morning brunch is good (but a little expensive). Be sure to make reservations for Brunch and Dinner, since their dining rooms can get booked up!
I cannot recommend this place more (close to Magog and Sherbrooke), it's quiet and relaxing, and fabulous views!

Amazing stay. The staff is wonderful and very caring. We went for our honeymoon and got a special welcome gift in our room. Breathtaking view from the room. Very luxurious and super clean room. We will go back for sure!

Perfect service, privacy, comfort, cleanliness, environment, food, drinks! So beautiful site! Only the noise of the front door just below our bedroom, and the price (expensive) but it was relevant. Everything else was excellent (above our expectation)!

We were greeted by a very friendly and professional girl at front desk. The room was renovated, the restaurant food is very delicious. The brunch over the weekend was great as well. We also had a complementary horse riding which we enjoyed a lot
Highly recommend this place! And just 15 mins drive from the US Border. There is also a very nice milk store. Pinte. Within the walking distance. They sell the best yoghurt I’ve ever tried.

This hotel is a luxury haven on a gorgeous lake. We stayed in winter, and it was a pure delight! The chef of the Riverain restaurant is worthy of a Michelin mention. He is clearly a perfectionist. The weekend/holiday brunch is a royal feast, replete with delicate French pastries ready to dunk in your allongé, local charcuteries, eggs made on order just the way you want them, fresh fruit and decadent desserts to your heart's content. The Grand Marnier tiramisú was out of this world!
This hotel is perfect for a couples' getaway or an upscale personalized experience for the entire family.
It's also within drivable distance of the ski slopes at Mont Orford and Mont Bellevue.
