It was loud. The owners had family members living at the hotel. 5 young kids were running up and down the halls until 1230am. Knocking on doors and screaming. I went and asked the adults in one room to please calm the kids down as i had to work super early in the morning anr had not been able to sleep but it didnt make a difference. If anything, i think they got louder afterward

The first room’s door was ajar when we got there, it was not vacuumed, the curtains were shredded, it was generally dirty and there was poop in the toilet. We asked for another room. It was modestly better. Still smelled bad.

This hotel should be put out of its misery, it’s barely breathing.
- No front desk service, you’re on your own.
- No towels provided in rooms. I am not joking.
- Swimming pool & hot tub completely neglected and unusable
- Hallways dirty and unkempt
- Lights in room missing bulbs, TV remote missing batteries

The room was very dirty and it smelled terrible like someone threw up and it it wasn’t cleaned. The bed had stains, the curtains had blood on them. The wall in the bedroom had poop next to the toilet paper holder. Once I tried to turn on the tv, it would not turn on. I went to ask for a new remote and a person who actually spoke English came to the room with me. I later found out that, that person actually lives there. It was an awful experience and I want a full refund!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of repair! The man at front had a poor attitude. He told us to park around back and use the back doors to get in. The back door didn’t work. The front office said we had to walk to the side door because, “that door has been broken.” So they knew the door wasn’t working, but directed us that way regardless. We walked to the side entrance and had to walk off the path into the dirt and bushes, because the trees were overgrown on the walk way. The hallway seemed very dirty - like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The smell was very odd - definitely not clean! The door to our room didn’t close correctly. It locked, but it didn’t seem secure. Many things should have been taken down and painted over. There wasn’t tissue in the tissue box. The towel bar was broken and the towels were badly stained (smelled of strong bleach). The shower had decent pressure, but the shower itself needs to be replaced. There is a lot of rust. The toilet started coming up. The front desk asked, “Isn’t there a plunger next to the toilet?” In other words, fix it yourself. The fridge didn’t look like it has been defrosted in months. The curtains are tattered and ripped. The chair looked like it had been malled by a cat. There were bugs in the windows, party favors behind the tv, and the carpet looked filthy. I don’t think anyone cleaned it thoroughly. The sink filled up each time we used it, regardless of the amount of water used. READ ALL REVIEWS - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible breakfast with only breads, cold cereal and waffle. Orange juice is a powder mixed, no fruits other than banana. Room was old and not clean. No hot water.

This place was a dump I felt like I was staying at a out of prison half way home! Breakfast was ok, but you can't take your food to the room and enjoy! This place was a horrible. Dogs off leash, when we asked if we could bring our 4 lbs pup the man at front desk angrily said NO DOGS SUCH a miserable person. They never answer the phone. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS no bueno

It is right across from Morgan hill sports complex. Perfect location if you are traveling to tournaments at sports complex. Make sure to take your own toiletries, beds were comfy and breakfast was filling. It could have been cleaner, some of the walls looked filthy and needed to be wiped down. They should tear out old carpet and put new flooring. Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall it was not bad for a short notice stay.

This was the most unsanitary place that I’ve ever experienced there was feces smeared on the wall and curtain and the staff wasn’t concerned about it at all. They basically ignored our complaints and we were forced to leave and find another place to stay.

The room was clean, the tv remote did not work. I had to go to the desk to get a second remote which also did not work, when i complained i was told to use the bomuttons on the tv. Thw wifi also did not work. The room security lock didnot work, in fact it was missing. The public areas were filthy and the security door to the parking lot was broken and propted open with a n aluminum can so you could getvin and out. We had to go to the desk to get freash towels. And the room was not serviced the entire 4 days we were there. I will never book with Quailty inn ever again. The staff was also very rude and dismissive of our complaints.

Yes, no room service, no valet parking, no spoiled ppls amenities, but real people don't need that. Very nice place and the front desk remembers your name and treats you like a regular vip.

The property was dirty. The front desk person was not kind for my check off The attendant wasn’t there I have to drop the keys on the desk parking lot no lighting people walking around the property all night

Unless, you want to be surrounded with parolees also staying at hotel, don't stay there. Key cards don't work. Needs to be fixed, entire hotel! Smells dirty. Asked for an extra blanket and it was never brought after an hour, had to get it our selves, same as toilet paper. Just don't stay there! Worse hotel I have even stayed at.

This was The worst quality inn I have ever stayed at. Overflowing trash in the parking lot, someone living in an RV, exterior doors do not lock, hallways are filthy and have trash Stout, the privacy lock on my door have been kicked in, water dripped constantly in the shower, hair dryer didn’t work, no ice bucket, no Kleenex, curtains and disarray, open wiring in the ceiling. When I checked in, they didn’t check my ID or my card and sent me upstairs to a room that had not been cleaned. Offered no apology made me come back to the front. Bring all my stuff back downstairs and sent me to another room. No Wi-Fi code. There was an empty tank of nitrous in the hallway all four days I was there. Stay anywhere else.

When you go into the lobby it doesn't look presentable. Once I got the room key, I didn't have to use it at the door as it didn't lock. The first room didn't have the door latch. Upon complain as I was staying alone, front desk said all room were like that and that is why there's a deadbolt. But once I got a different room that one did have the latch. But there were no towels in the room. It wasn't the cleanest ether.

Ice machine broke. Hot tub was hot at check in and broken at 8pm my tub didnt work. I went to put the knob down and it was stuck in shower position. It almost broke the water nossle trying to push it down. My grand daughter had to take a shower bath. Another room ac didnt wotk

The hot tub didn't work and the pool was literally green. The spigot in the bathtub had a 2" gap from the wall and smelled. The water control handle just fell off. They agreed to cancel and refund my second night but ended up taking more money from my account. Then attempted to take more money out basically double charging me. The manager Neil was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. He shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I had to drive back to the property 4 times because no one ever answers the phone there. Worst experience of my life. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

All the place is ok dirty and safe I reserve 2 rooms and both are dirty all is broken nothing works the carpet is really dirty and nasty y don’t know why this place is open I don’t have any more to said just don’t come to this hotel !!! My worst experience on my life is on this hotel

We ran out of hot water. The bathroom floor was dirty. The receptionist wouldn’t print me a receipt told me the computer was broken. The worker wouldn’t give me more than one towel said the laundry wasn’t done. Worker is living in two of the rooms that were across from me and it stunk the whole hallway. Worst hotel ever.

The place in general is not clean at all. The room was dirty. The bed sheets and bed skirt looked like they had throw up on them. There was no hot water. The place was at a convenient location for the soccer complex but I rather stay a little bit further for something that is clean and well maintained.

I hope I can spare someone else the mistake of booking this motel because of the convenience to the sports fields across the street. We booked a room for a weekend soccer tournament. As soon as I walked in to check in, I had a bad feeling. The entryway is run down and dirty, the pool is not clean, the hallways are dirty and not vacuumed. The clerk did not ask for my ID and credit card which is standard at hotels. I tried to hold out hope that the room would be ok, but found the it to be dirty, sheets looked used and were stained and had holes. I don’t always remember to do this in hotels, but it was clear that I needed to check for bed bugs. Found two live bugs in between the mattresses. I can’t be certain they were bed bugs, but I didn’t stick around to find out. Grabbed our bags and headed to the car, and found another place to stay. When I checked out and reported what I found, the clerk didn’t ask questions or express any surprise. Just took my room card key back and said I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. I’ve contacted Expedia for a refund but TBD on whether I’m getting it.

I had been with Quality Inn few times, but this is the worse facility I ever encountered. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towles all have different kind of yellow and black stains. When asked for clean towles, we were instructed to go pick up at the lobby. Their so called "clean" towles were thin, old hand towles. Not shower towles we requested for. When asked for a larger shower towles, manager replied they are busy and that is all they have.
Facility looks like an abandoned building. The person at the front desk doesn't care about customer service. Hallways and stairs smell very bad.
I hope Quality Inn management can take a good look at this location.

This place was horrible. Parking lot trashed, ripped curtains, dirty hallways, old unkept carpet, something shady about the staff, this place didn't feel legit or safe. There's a vibe at this place, not a good one. Never again.

Trash throughout the walkway and hallways of entire property; smells like bug spray the moment you walk in the door; door lock access key reader worked half the time; room was filthy with either mashed bugs or bloody mucus on the walls; air conditioner smelled awful; large spider webs in all the corners; no toilet paper dispensing roll; no kleenex but has a kleenex dispensing cutout in the counter; water pressure is poor; unresponsive front desk; intercontinental breakfast is white bread, egg mixture and some very questionable filmy sausage

We actually did not stay at this location. when we arrived there was a couple waiting to be assisted. No one behind the counter. as we waited I noticed cobwebs hanging from the coffee table in the lounge. when we got to the room there were more cobwebs in the corner new the above the drapes. We also noticed mysterious markings on the wall that looked disgusting. The tissue box container was roughed in to the sink, but never finished or filled.

only one towel in the bathroom, only one ice machine on the second floor. the check in person seemed to not really care whether I was there or not. we were told the breakfast was till 9:30. at 8.45, everything was gone and the only thing left was "waffles". On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

Was told vending machine was on first floor. Coins kept falling through so I used a $5 bill for a $3 soda and never got any change. When I went to front desk, no offer to return $2, only told not to use the vending machine after being told where they are!
Front desk clerk was not welcoming at all, like he hated his job, better off using a robot! This place should be named POOR Quality Inn.
