We came in late and stayed only overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had many options and good coffee.
Only negatives - the ice macine was broken and there was only 1 bath towel per person. Some of us need 2.

This is an older hotel seemingly in the process of upgrade. The parking lot and exterior are a little tired. Check-in desk was great and the room, for the price, was far better than expected. Comfy bed, great pillows, a shower that could peel paint and QUIET! Cheap towels, dribbling sink and kinda weird location right on the turnpike access route. All in all...ok, but a value too.

Property under construction when I book room it was not told to me. Pool closed no sauna no weight room. Nothing smell of sewage in back part of building in hall bathroom.Staff was excellent.

If I knew the pool was unavailable, no bar or food available, ice machine on my floor out of order, I would have never booked a room at this dump! Room was not very clean either. I have worked at a hotel before, this was false advertisement not to know these things in advance

Property is in poor shape. Bought a rollaway but was not able to use due to it being just springs I would have been sleeping on.

Can't beat it for the price. I stayed going to and returning from a Philly to Ohio trip. Clean. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Fancy? No. But I didn't need fancy.

Very clean! Lobby was nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very difficult to understand. Breakfast was just on the edge of being good. No syrup for waffles, eggs very "wet ".

Building inside and outside is very old, run down, and dirty. Our room smelled bad and we were moved to a different room. It wasn't as bad, but still old, not well cared for, and not very clean.

We always stay at this hotel on our way from Ohio to NYC. It is right off the Turnpike and easy to get back on the road. Always friendly staff and breakfast in the morning before we head out!

I will not ever stay in Quality Inn i did not get the room we booked i had bugs in the room i had service dogs and they charger me any way

Management is incredible nice and willing to provide whatever you need for your stay. Dave and Kamal went way and above to help us with our needs when we had an issue. Truly appreciate their help and professionalism.

Not bad area a bit older motel but was quiet

The bathtub was very clean looking and the grout was very white with no mildew. The walls of the bathroom are peeling and very unclean looking. But the rest of the room was very depressed looking. The beds were comfortable. The smell in the vestibular in back of the hotel, where we had to bring in our luggage, was overwhelming. It smelled like mold under the vending machine. They had dryer sheets and a room deodorizer out there but, made litter difference. Staff was courteous and sweet. It may look very nice when renovations are done.
