Our stay was wonderful and the amenities fantastic. Our room was smaller but we had a balcony with peek a book lake views. We did have in-room nespresso machine. The pods are to be purchased separately. We enjoyed the pool and the steam room. The location in middle of town was so easy and they had car service to drive you to train if you wanted. There was a wonderful waterfall adjacent to pool area. It wasn't ski season but we saw they had many amenities to store gear. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location & very nice views of lake & mountain from the balcony. Staff was exceptionally helpful in planning excursions up the lifts. Great restaurant at top of highest mountain. You get a card which allows free travel on lifts & busses.

The town was extremely quiet during our stay
most shops were closed until June, so there wasn't a lot of shopping or things to do, but fir just being a quick stop over it worked just fine. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Just what we needed.

Staff were amazing. Hotel is nice and comfortable. Rooms are average size with small sitting area (chairs). Nice bathroom with walk in shower. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. They also have a free local shuttle which is very handy to and from the train station.

Great hotel and location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel bars and restaurants are also recommended! Tchu was a highlight, owner/manager and waiter were amazing as well as the culinary delights.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

It was close to the center of town and easy to explore.
There seems to be a swimming pool, which could be enjoyed all day long.
There is a ping-pong table in the room next to the pool, so we could enjoy ping-pong for a while.
Breakfast was delicious, with many special dishes prepared by the hotel.

Charming property in the middle of everything. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Loved the rustic feeling with modern amenities.

We stayed one night but were made to feel welcomed and were given an upgrade on arrival. The hotel was clean, quiet and the room was spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and met our needs. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and close to the shops.

Nice hotel. Just wish the hotel had a fridge to keep water cool. Room did not have air conditioning, which might not be an issue if visiting in winter. I visited in Summer, when St Moritz was very hot & humid, and i was constantly sweating in the room.

We loved the upgrade to the superior room which had a double balcony with a beautiful view, really comfy beds, everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again

It was a short walk uphill a steep hill from the train station. It was a lovely room with a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. Our hairdryer in the room didn’t fit the outlet but the concierge sorted it out really fast. Room service was great and the food was really nice. Breakfast had a fair variety and was constantly replenished so even though it didn’t look like a lot, everything was always fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

A 10 out of 10 for the front desk staff. Very polite and helpful. Free shuttle to and from the station. Had the information center at the station call them and the shuttle was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Good location in center of town and good breakfast included. The room given to us was very spacious and had a balcony with a good view.Overall excellent.

We were a family of 3 in the 2 BR Panoramic suite which was perfect in all ways…. Great location and super staff… loved it… wanna go back again … Nadine and Elina at reception were too good
