We were pleasantly surprised to find our hotel booking was a resort! Looks like is or was a timeshare so we had a spacious room with a separate living room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable and we would most def stay here again.

A bit chilly. I’ve stayed here every year for the past 10 years. The rooms have all be redone and are lovely and mostly comfortable. However, the days of the down comforter are over and the new coverlet & thin blanket made for a chilly night’s sleep. The bedding for the pullout couch was likewise sheets and a thin blanket. I didn’t bother with getting extra blankets from the front desk because it would’ve taken 2-3 for each of us. Next year, I’ll plan to bring a heavier blanket that can stand up to March weather.

When we checked into our room I went to heat up a dinner in the micro wave and it wasn't working. I called the office and they did replace it right away. Very good service replying back. That night we went to pull out the couch to got to sleep and the bottom of the mattress was curved upwards towards the ceiling, it wasn't laying flat down. . There where no legs on the bottom, it looks like it was on top. This definitely needs to be replaced or fixed. Therefore, My son had to sleep on the sofa itself. My son is 6 FT tall. So it was a little uncomfortable for him. Other than that our stay was good. We where in Town House # 158. I did tell the front desk when we checked out. Hope to stay there again next year, and hopefully we will not have any problems. Thank You, Donna McMinamin

We really enjoyed this lodging. Clean, well-furnished and pleasant. What really stood out were the two restaurants on the property. The bar/restaurant by the pool was delightful, delicious food, comfy seating, live music and attentive staff. The 2nd restaurant has great ambiance, varied menu and is very welcoming. We will return for both the lodging and dining.

The outdoor pool and bar were not open on a beautiful sunny day. That would have been enjoyable.

The rooms are very clean (although we did find some rogue candy under chairs from previous guests). No fans in the bathrooms, but there were 2 bathrooms which were great. Everything you need in the kitchenette and great service for bringing more towels etc. I wish the bed was a bit bigger. It's not big enough for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Ammenities were great. Nice stay.

This is an awesome place to stay. The location is great and they have a great restaurant on site as well as an arcade and indoor and outdoor pool for use.

I have stood at this hotel a bunch of times over the years. I felt this time it just wasn’t the usual experience. Had to call for extra blankets so thin how can you use them. Had to call for towels housekeeping came to just bring them. The pool was over crowded and kept running out pool towels.a Also rooms can really use a update very outdated style furniture etch Just wasn’t a good experience overall I don’t think I’ll be back to this hotel in future.

The room was lovely however could have been aired out or deodarized better as it seemed musty or in need new rugs, curtains... Location and amenities good. Extending our stay at the same price wasnt made available however we were able to stay in the samd room.

Nice place. Mattress was subpar but when I complained they brought me a brand new mattress. Unit was updated but furniture could have used a cleaning. Yes I would go there again.

It was immaculate, the front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Our second stay & love it there. One thing that would be nice is if there was complimentary coffee for that first morning. We weren't sure what was available for a coffee maker so ended up getting breakfast from Heavenly Restaurant across the street (great breakfast!!), coffee was so so. Wish we had made time for the pool & rec area, def next time. Bed & pillows were super comfy & loved the walk-in shower with dual shower heads in the master bath. Look forward to going back.

Our family loves the Cove! It’s a fun property with lots to do and great size guest rooms. The on-site restaurant is great and we love the pool!

Staff at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always nice and clean. We have stayed here twice so far and will stay here again in the future

Beautiful and nicely kept. Was told at check in about issue with room phone instead of us discovering it ourselves. This was great compared to other places I’ve stayed.

This resort is in a great location since it's located on Rt. 28, but it's very quiet and secluded. Unfortunately, there's no view of the water since the trees mostly block it. Upon arrival, we were greeted outside by a staff member who confirmed that our unit was ready for occupancy (very organized!), so we checked in with a very friendly reservationist and learned about the amenities associated with our stay. For example, that night a band played for a few hours in the outside pool area. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the first floor, which included a large living room with an efficiency kitchen (note there's no cooktop/oven, only a microwave and a small refrigerator), two full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a large shower), a bedroom, and a small patio (our unit overlooked the parking lot). The furniture looked new, but it was definitely made to withstand lots of guest use and wasn't very comfortable. However, both rooms were very spacious and included large TVs with the standard amount of channels. (A DVD was also available, so bring your own movies!) The restaurant was no longer serving breakfast, so they recommended the restaurant across the street, but we decided to try a restaurant on Rt. 6A, Jack's Outback, which was FANTASTIC! This resort was a nice place to stay overnight, but I wouldn't do an extended vacation here since there's no water view, the furniture is uncomfortable, and there's no cooktop or oven, so you're stuck microwaving meals.

Great family weekend trip! Clean, updated facilities and the pool was a BIG hit for the kids. Excellent on-site restaurant that we ate at both nights. Highly recommend!
