I expected a more up to date mattress. My room was at back of property and seemed to have unsecure rear entry maybe due to construction. Frequently smelled wet paint at entry. Overall clean.

It’s the little things that count in a hotel stay. Unfortunately there were so many little things that were problematic at this aging property. The vanity was crumbling and the bathroom door in poor condition. It was a poor choice for us. The bed was not comfortable either. The front desk staff hardly looked us in the eye as we are over 65, and they were very young. They treated younger people more congenially.

The parking was not good and very frustrating. There were several semi trucks that took up a huge portion of the parking lot. Also the key cards don’t work great.

It was a very busy weekend in Knoxville because Morgan Wallen was in concert. We needed an early check in and despite being very busy managing check ins, the phones, etc, she was very nice and accommodating and was able to get us an early check in. The property is pretty old but clean and was just fine for our stay.

I asked for my room to be completely cleaned and was assured by multiple people that it would be dine. The entire time i was their my room was not cleaned, the bed sheets, and pillow cases remained the same. There was womens hair and trash in the bathroom that was never removed. I spoke to multiple people about this and yet nothing was done

Filthy. Room had bed bugs. Whole third floor near 342 wreaked of cogarettes and marijuana. It claims to be smoke free but was clearly not. We spent a fortune to stay there during a sold out weekend for a show and had to leave after the bed bugs and drive 20 minutes west and spend $400 for one night. We lost our ass on this trip no thanks to the poor conditionnof this hotel room. Also beware of the breakfast not being included. Because we used Expedia it was a different rate and not included. For the absurd pricing over the weekend you should have that included. Nevrer again. They knew too. As soon as I told staff they had trash bags and spray for the roo.

Our room was very spacious and clean. However they could’ve updated the decor and carpet in the room as the sofa in our room was peeling and old. There was no view of anything looking out the window as well. But overall, our stay was ok.

My family of 4 stayed in a room with a King bed and a sofa bed. It was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I liked that they provided good products (Dove brand) in the bathroom. The only downside I noticed was the TV remote didn't work well. I had booked our stay here, because of the pool. However we left our home state later than anticipated, so we didn't get to use it, even though it looked like a great pool. We had breakfast there and it was a good selection for everyone.

For starters the elevators sounded like they were about to die, stains all over the elevator that were not cleaned in the morning. The bed felt like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were not much better. Room was unbearably hot even with the AC turned down. Massive air pockets in the plumbing. We couldn’t even flush the toilet without it sounding like it was going to explode and the shower was worse. Water came out for maybe 2 minutes then we kept getting air pockets.

I was overall disappointed in this experience. The best part was the check in with a very friendly gentleman. The room was dirty and loud (dogs barking next door, kids running around, and traffic noise from the road). The shower had some mold spots and looked dingy. Also I wanted to get a drink at the bar but was disappointed to see it was closed 3 hours early.

The bed was horrible. It was like being on a trampoline. The room was quiet. The shower had plenty of water pressure, but this was a very basic hotel. I expected more out of a full-blown holiday Inn.
