Disgusting place didn’t

Lots of work being done on the casino floor but it wasn’t the least bit crowed so the work area wasn’t a problem. At checking we were told that if we wanted house keeping we would have to call but the next day we returned to our room to find it completely made up. Nice.

Had an amazing stay, all the employees were friendly. The best band I've heard in all the yrs we have been going for Thanksgiving. I left some jewelry there, I called spoke to Ed in Security he was very helpful. I called back the next day(today) and he said they found them. All is good, so happy there are still good people in this world, and they work for the Aquarius.

Fun place to stay. Smells dirty and could use a few upgrades..example in room theres no plug in for a phone with usb or c charger...and I feel like they could stand to shampoo carpets. Other then that overall happy with our time there. Everyone very nice and great casino.

Room where I stay smell like sewer, strong smell, when I got out for a few hours and went back in, it felt like slap of horrible smell, had to turn on AC / Fan to reduce the odor, I won’t ever stay at that place…

Outstanding stay. Great room and staff very friendly. Good restaurant selections and really liked the sports book. Valet service was excellent.

Chairs had some stains. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Woke up with a backache. Had to move around bed to get comfortable. Some areas you would sink in the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. Still would stay at your hotel. Thank you

We had a great 2 days in Laughlin and at the Aquarius

One of the best hotels to stay at in Laughlin. No complaints. It was an overall great stay, even though it was a business trip.

stay was good 1 nighter! clean room lots of channels on TV. hot showers in morning!!! rooms near casino in tower! all around good stay!!!!

It was a rough stay. Sticky brown spot on the comforter. Empty grocery bag wadded up in a drawer. Used, dirty wash cloth still hanging on the shower rod. Coffee for not replaced in room. Overall, not clean. Wont stay here again.

Blood spots on covers and only offered to send me clean ones like i had to make my bed or something "Excuse me " I replied. An hr later they showed up with nothing else said or done!

Location and river view from the California tower was better than expected. An unexpected bonus was seeing a herd of goats on the little island near the Arizona water taxi landing from my 7th floor room. After staying on Fremont Street for the last few decades and seeing how Las Vegas has deteriorated Laughlin is my new default for fun in Nevada.

It was ok

Hotel was clean, most staff was nice. Lots of bugs on the river walk, not much they can do but should have some kind of zapper or something inside because they were getting inside. No fan in bathroom, toilet did noy flush property. Dissapointed in the room amenities. No lotion or designated place for soap on the counter. The housekeeping staff was amazingly nice and brought extra pillows and towels when requested. View of the river was great. For the price, it was great

Excellent view and staff

We had a great room overlooking the River. We enjoyed several of the available restaurants and found the service and food to be great. The rooms are a little dated, but nice and clean. The whole hotel and casino was not very busy, which might not be what the hotel wants, but was great for us.

The stay was fine, beds were comfortable, but buildings is old and really need upgrading.

At check in, we tried to use the kiosk to get our rooms. Was scolded for booking with third party. I told the receptionist I needed a room with 2 beds. I got up to the room and had a king bed only. Took 45 minutes to get another room. Overall has a strong cigarette smell even up near the rooms. I don't think they had any air purification going on. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Won't stay here again.

At first it was a little bit terrifying room with one bed(requested 2 queen due to my disability) paid more to up grade and was ok. I think all staff should smile more to make it a happier place to be in.

Strap in folks this is going to be a long one! First day we arrived we checked in went to the room and it was filthy, hair all over the place, shower had dirty foot prints in it, toilet was disgusting. We went back down got a new room, went to that one and there was bits of paper all over the carpet, the furniture, carpet are very worn. It's very obvious this hotel does not care about looks. Next morning we get up and can't turn on the shower because the handle is broken. I called down stairs and I am told there is no manager on duty she's taking a break and I was told she'd call me back in 15-20mins. Pretty weird you can't talk to someone at a hotel that runs 24/7 but okay fine, we waited over a hour and nothing. We went down stairs to the counter where I asked for a manager and Jayme was there immediately she gave us attitude telling me there is no notes of us complaining about the room being dirty or moving rooms. I told her shouldn't make a difference we are complaining now. I then told her I find it's a little crazy that we can't shower and no one called me back. She immediately got defensive and told me she won't be belittled for taking a break and called security on us! She then told me the hotel manager will be in, in 30mins and she refuses to help us anymore and walked away. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and never in my life have I had a manager call security on me for complaining. Security shows up and trys to act like cops asking for our IDs which they

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the restaurants, boardwalk and casino. Nice getaway for couples. Only negative was small tv in rooms.

Check in was slow due to some customers. My turn was quick and easy. Nice room. Easy access to eat and gamble.

The wife and I booked a night here last minute for the Jason Aldean concert in Sep-24. It's Laughlin, as Las Vegas locals who worked in the best resorts on the strip, we knew to level set our expectations. However, for this type of trip (a country concert) this is the best type of vibe to get. The casino and center bar area was very clean. The front desk attendant seemed nice, but it was VERY difficult to hear her. Which is probably why we ended up in the room with the view that we got (4th floor facing the roof and HVAC). The bartender never made eye contact or said anything after we sat for a drink there after the concert. We gambled a little bit, won a little bit, and then went about our way to grab drinks elsewhere. The pool on the day of the concert was great and offered a friendly environment with views of the river. The bartender there was amazing. Overall, would stay here again in the future for an overnight stay.

I love staying at Aquarius. It’s our go to spot when we want to get away from it all. The restaurants are reasonable and the pool area is awesome.

The stay was good but the maid did not come and empty the trash or make the beds so i was a bit disappointed about that
