Room was filthy and old, all other guests were long-stay tenants who hung out in their cars in the parking lot. Shower was disgusting. Comforter had stains on it, bathroom had some mystery liquid dried on the walls. Disgusting. Front desk staff was nice, though

The staff was very polite and professional but unfortunately the room was not at its best. The room alone as soon as you walked in the door the smell of tobacco was heavy and as an individual with a minor child who both suffers from asthma it was quite alarming. The bathroom light didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly there were stains I couldn’t identify. Overall it was a place to that was needed at a last minute convenience.

My room was given to another guest without my permission. The room and bathroom were very dirty. Had a bad experience. Totally different on how it shows on pictures.

I was not impressed at all!!! The floors, countertops and bathtub were filthy! The pillows were flat like they had no stuffing in them. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We were given one towel for two people. And when we asked for more towels we had to turn the one in to get another.

This place is sucks, nasty, horrible, unsafe… etc.

There was a vehicle that kept following me around the parking lot. When I would move parking spaces, they would move parking spaces. My boyfriend and I decided not to even go to the room due to the event. It was really kind of scary. Not sure if they were looking for a car to break into or worse.

Stank of tobacco. Bare fan in bathroom w poorly fitted toilet seat that wouldn’t stay up. Long term residents next door w a ceramic bowl outside their door for cigarette butts. Gross

I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was a last resort. The staff was very unpleasant, unprofessional and very rude. We had to move three times, the first room was disgusting, sheets on the floor, bed was slept in, bathroom was disgusting, the second room, the bed sheets had big yellow spots like someone peed in the bed, smelled like cigarettes so bad and the light and fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The last room was the worst, we found bed bugs under the mattress, (took videos and pictures of it). We couldn't get out of there fast enough. So no I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I wanted a place to spend the night, take a bath, get some work done. This isn't the place for it. If not for the service oriented young man in the front desk, this place would get 1 star just for being available and cheap. It's a partially renovated facility but the strong smell of smoke still lingers. The bathroom shows it's age and the the misuse it's been put under. Little attentions to detail would make this so much better, like having a chair in the room or a drain plug for the bathroom. I can overlook missed dirty spots around the bathtub or even the microwave. The toilet seat having urine dribble on the seat though?

Staff were amazing! Could be cleaner. Bedding was not up to par, as far as cleanliness, needs to be washed much more frequently. Also there were crumbs and seeds underneath the sheets. Additionally, it was extremely warm in the room, even without heat. It’s January & I had the air on the entire time. I think the heat was coming from the tv. Strange. Water pressure is low, so it took a while to run a bath, 30 minutes almost. Shower was fine though. Remote didn’t work or I couldn’t work it, idk, not a really big deal for me. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, and they didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, and understanding, which made the stay 5 stars! The people make the difference, every time. Happy new year and good fortune to you all. Thank you all for the warm hospitality. Also, put more bath towels in the room if possible. I made it work this time because I had my own towels, and I stayed 5 nights. Also maybe add rolling chairs/office chairs for the desk. Kinda tough on my back.

Toilet leaks room stinks dogs barking under headboard was someone dirty socks and trash. Ambulance in front of room. No coffee shower nasty oh wifi sucks no tv remote. Very unhappy will never return or refer anyone. To top it off signs saying newly renovated big lie

The place needs a cleaning for the bathroom! The tub was in desperate need of a good scrub. There was no garbage can in the room and I had to ask for toilet paper. There was no small hair dryer and the pillows were small little flat pillows. The place has very thin walls and the door didn’t have proper sealing so you could hear everything outside. Definitely get what you pay for. The location was good although the construction around the I75 was a bit of a pain, but that is not the hotels fault.

No towels and no smoke detector …. Aweful

Was really cool till I woke up at 3am on the 12th and power was out and stayed out till after I checked out I feel I should at least get some money back cause that’s not acceptable I’m here cause the power is off at my house I could of stayed homr

The staff was great. Appreciate there professionalism.

Noisy and dirty i also we felt unsafe, the hotels need more updates too there's was not air-conditioning.
