Spontaneous last-minute trip to Phoenix and we had to find a room quick. Quality Inn for the win! Area was a little sketch driving in from behind the hotel but felt safe in the room. Clean, very well-kept, all the amenities we needed without extra fees (including a refrigerator, something many hotels skip anymore) and the front desk staff was fantastic! Fast check-in, great service and the breakfast the next day will get you on the road fast. Would stay again!

The staff was very helpful. Got to check in early and they allowed a late check out. The room was clean and the physical property itself was ok.
However, there were ear plugs in a package on the nightstand. The hotel is located on a 6 lane street and the traffic noise is REALLY loud. Bring noise cancelling headphone if you have them, otherwise your stay will not be very pleasant.

Best hotel property in the sun city area for the price. Great pool and very nice rooms. Staff is extremely friendly. Beds are very comfortable -- not too firm/hard but not too soft. I only wish the breakfast option had some sorry if scrambled eggs offering.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was filthy. The floors were soo gross our feet were black. The bathtub was disgusting. The area was awful and the gas station across the street told us all about the prostitues and d4ug dealers thaf frequent the area. Outside of our suite was always transients who were obviously under the influence. We felt so unsafe where our car was parked, we asked to park it under the camera by the office.

It is clean. However when we walked in the room we noticed earplugs left for us on the night stand. We know why. Noise from traffic and crazy loud train. The room was clean but dimly lit and some of the furniture suffers from long deferred maintenance or replacement. The breakfast was really good and the pool was good enough. Conveniently located near hospital.

Excellent. Lady at front desk was honest and dedicated. Left an envelope with check and and a large sum of money inside the room. She retrieved and secured it until I returned.

The place is overall clean. The pool was hot and the transients made it rather difficult because you had to worry about what they were doing all night. They were there first thing in the morning and way late at night. The chair in the room was torn up on the arm and no hot water in the shower. They had a great breakfast

I was there for 5 nights for 2024 NCAA basketball final 4. Great location. Was able to dodge all traffic to and back from games using backroads. Room was nice and not as loud as some indicate. Was never an issue for me. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Great stay.

My stay at quality Inn was good. Only problem I had was checking in. I ride like 7:30 in the morning. I had to wait late in the afternoon to check in finally in about 1 o’clock. I understand your policy because most people check out at 12 noon or about you got people coming in early, trying to book reservations and wanted to that an excellent time

Check in is at 4. Arroved at 530 and the room wasnt clean. Wasnt able to check in till 6 and arrived late to our event.

There were visible gaps between the door and the frame. It would be easy to slide something in and open the door from the outside. The room smelled bad and there were stains on the doors and floors. We even requested to switch rooms and the second room was just as bad if not worse. There was also a vehicle in the parking lot with three of its windows, shattered out. I will try to add photos as well.

It was a decent stay. Very close to train tracks which was not pleasant early in the am. But good location as far as close to west gate and also not far from surprise where this is a lot of places to eat.

Its was a nice and decent hotel. Just could hear the traffic all night long and had tons of homless people walking around and trying to open doors or knocking.The staff was extremely nice and helpful tho!
