Friendly nice staff, dining area, reception etc very nice. Room good, bathroom a bit dated, all very clean though. Fridge is a nice touch to have in the room as well which I find handy. There are never enough milk sachets for tea/coffee etc so I buy a pint of milk to put in the fridge. Pool and sauna nice, but the whole spa area looks a little tired but all perfectly serviceable. Nice to have in a hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff and a nice location. Well positioned for major road networks but still quiet and relaxed.
My only criticism would be that the restaurant could do with being a little warmer, breakfast tended to cool off before I’d finished eating.

Fab staff at this lovely clean hotel. The room facilities could be more up to date, the mattress was very hard. But you can’t please everybody.
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. But no butter and the bacon was only just cooked. Same with the sausages. Good eggs and bread.
Would stay again.

the staff at this hotel were great very young but did a first class job to make are stay good and they did when you have a 90 year with your it can be hard work but the staff did a wonderful job

Stayed for 5 days- one day of this a wedding was held at the hotel-our room was directly infront of the event (congrats they looked super happy)- noise all day- a disco- kids roaming, stones thrown at our window-it was loud way past midnight- the hotel told me on check out that in future i should call and ask if there is an event in future - seriously- holding such a loud event- put someone attending the wedding in the room we had!!! But apparently it’s up to me to check their arrangements… nope…

Very nice reception, bar and restaurant area. Plenty of parking and the hotel is easily accessible from the road network. Good value for money and breakfast was excellent.

The rooms a little dated. The staff were really good and Eileen in particular was most helpful, when there was a slight problem for one of our party. Overall everything was good.

The reception and service was perfect as always, have stayed many time at this venue. Only thing I wouldn’t do next time is stay for breakfast. Most of the hot food was cold and unable to eat. Never had a bad meal previously, other than the cold food, a great stay.

Staff were fantastic.
Room was spacious and we made bookings for evening meal, breakfast and swimming.
Evening meal wasnt great for the price and the burgers had to be sent back for sauce.
Breakfast was a buffet and great, food was fresh.
Swimming pool and facilities are easy to use too.
Holly on reception was amazing, kids had milk and cookies, spun the wheel in reception and won chocolates.
Would recommend if you are crusing from Southampton or if you visit Portsmouth etc.

The room was fine but the bathroom needs a magnifying mirror for shaving and make up. The positioning of the lights over the bed headboards was silly. I couldn't sit up in bed without banging my head on the light!

Great location for travelling to Southampton for a cruise, room was clean and tidy staff was really nice, would stay here again

On arrival I asked for a fridge to be placed in my room. Last time I asked it was delivered within 5 minutes, but this time it never arrived. Also the room was not sufficiently cleaned, with the bathroom floor sticky from previous use and cobwebs on the ceiling.

A lovely stay with good facilities, lashing of hot water, a fridge in the room, great breakfast and attentive staff.
My only complaint was the bed was very firm.
