We (myself, husband, and 8 months old child) booked 1 night at this hotel. Upon arrival they stated the baby bed should be in the room. There was a bed but it was missing posts in the side of the crib, completely unsafe for a baby, especially when placed in front of a window with curtains. We quickly informed the front desk personnel that told us they had never seen a baby bed with missing posts like that before. He then told us to just place it against the wall. my husband told him the furniture will need rearranging to accomplish that and the desk clerk told my husband to rearrange the furniture. My husband and I rearranged the furniture and placed the bed against the wall. The bed is on casters that do not lock so again it was very dangerous as my child could push against the wall to move the bed and fall out the side. We had to wedge furniture against the bed to make it stable. Then at breakfast, we were provided a high chair that was missing the safety strap. We had to use our knee in our baby's groin to prevent him from falling out through the bottom. The supposed air-conditioning is garbage. It does not cool at all. We have our baby's room thermometer and the reading was 24.3 C (outside temp 24 C) with the air conditioner on high all night it only "cooled" to 23.7 C the next morning (18 C outside). There were no fly screens and the outside noise was too loud for us to be able to leave the window open. Absolutely appalling service and safety for their smallest guests!

We stayed for one night on our way to Italy. The hotel looked like a standard business hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the food good. The room was nice and clean and the price was very good.

Fantastic! Didn't expect such a high standard for such a reasonable price! Great room with huge beds, really good breakfast!
If I really have to look into negatives I might say that the bed was a bit hard for my taste ... but that's a matter of taste :)

Property was fine,address and postcode does not work on Garmin sat nav, difficulty finding hotel as its not under Landsberg,actually comes under Halle.Would help if all details were on address for sat nav use.

After a long drive I needed a hotel for one night on the outskirts of Halle and this property filled the bill. It was fine and the breakfast very good. It is not close to anything so you need to drive into Halle if you want to see there, but for a road stop it was quite satisfactory.

Unfortunately I can’t give my stay this time a 5 star rate.
I found the shower not really comfortable as the water went from cold to hot all the time during my shower. Also my room was very far away from the lifts what makes it a bit of a journey if you carrying more suitcases. During the nights there was some noise coming from outside the windows. This was every night the same so I think it’s the air system or something like that what is very close to my room.

Great stay! I really like this hotel.
The rooms and bathroom might be. Little bit dated but the beds are very comfy. The free carpark and breakfast is a big plus! The restaurant and bar are open what is an extra. Prices of the drinks abs the food are a bit high but it’s optional.

I liked the stay. It´s close to Leipzig, and I prefer 20 minutes ride on autobahn than 15 minutes through city jungle.
Hotel is big, and there was everything I needed.
There was a bathtub.

We arrived a bit later than we had expected to, so we were pleasantly surprised we could still order food. Although the restaurant was closed, the bar was serving and it was the same menu. It did take a long time for our food to arrive, which I’m sure was because they were short staffed. That said, the servers were very polite. One more word on food: the breakfast buffet was absolutely superb!
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The luggage carts came in handy since we had several bags to take to and from our car. It was also nice staying a bit outside the city; it was quiet.
The shower was a bit awkward in that the shower head was closer to the wall than the middle of the bathtub. That meant we had to contort to wash. It would’ve also been nice to have coffee available in the room. Yes, it’s part of the free breakfast, but I’m thinking of those moments I’ve had to check out of a place earlier than food service begins. Just a thought.

Hotel is located near the autobahn, far from anything of interest. Like us, most people seem to stay for a single night when crossing through Germany. The outside areas are poorly kept and the nearby villages are charmless and partially abandoned so no point in an evening walk or the like. We didn’t get the family room that we paid for and we were instead offered two separate rooms with a door between. The hotel was not nearly full and for some reason the restaurant (only place to eat in the area) was closed and food was served in the bar. The staff was rude beyond anything I have ever experienced. We just needed a quick meal for the family. After actively ignoring us for a while I got the attention of one of the staff members. She rolled her eyes at me and gave us a single menu, clearly indicating that she had no intention of seating us. The food was good but when I tried to order drinks, they were suddenly double price compared to their list in the bar. They kept asking me to pay the higher price and then get cash back. I never figured out whether I had been invited to some deliberate fraud scheme or whether I was just a victim if sheer incompetence but it was probably the latter. We gave up and had was to drink in the room. I always wait at least a week before giving a bad review (I very rarely do that) to see if I can think of some sort of redeeming quality of the place. In this case I can’t.

Best hotel in that area by far - especially for the price.Great food options - was really impressed by the bar/restaurant actually.Main issue with the hotel though... is the extremely poor Wi-Fi. It couldnt even load webpages... thats in the lobby, or the rooms. Such a shame as it let the hotel down for a business traveller.

A great roadside hotel that claims to be 3 star, but in fact could just as well be 4 star. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, everything you need for a one or two night stay. A very good breakfast. The only “negative” is that it is in the middle of nowhere, with nothing in the walking distance. However, this is what all roadside hotels are expected to be.

Noice from the highway and people in the hallway. Only two people at the reception. Be prepared to wait. Breakfast was terrible. Not 4 star hotel. Feathers from the pillows and bedding on the floor in the room. Shower in bath. Very slippery. No coffee maker in the room and no fridge

Nice resonance hotel area quite remote. Room tidy but quilt to short. No kettle or tea making facilities. After a long day or drive thus would have been nice. Bar a food of good quality and service good.

Arriving late at night didn't create any problems, in spite of the fact that a bunch of different guests arrived at the same time around 1 am. Hotel itself was renamed not long ago. So, some guests were confused whether they are at the right hotel. Night shift employee resolved all requests quickly and provided a friendly check-in. Unfortunately, furniture and bathroom in my room were heavily worn out. So, no matter how hard housekeeping tries to keep this place clean - they cannot do wonders. Water pressure was weak. Smell in public corridors is unpleasant. From an ex-Ramada hotel I was awaiting much more. Elevators are over 20 years old (not a problem), but they close quickly hitting an entering person. Wi-Fi didn't work properly on day of arrival (thanks to night shift for early warning). Later it worked faster, but sometimes it took like half an hour to be able to connect to it (not enough capacity?). Room was relatively spacious with a brand new and big TV-set. Breakfast was good, but finding a place wasn't always easy. Hotel staff didn't smile at all - an urgent sign that hotel management has to care more about their people.
