the hotel is a bit dated, but very spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast are good.

My husband were visiting for Thanksgiving which was cold and rainy. when i went in to check in this man name Roger which i don think was his real name he was extremely nasty. Thank God for Martina the manger of House keeping had to apologize for him. I really think she should be the manger. she has excellent customer service skills. if it wasn't for her we would have left. The man name roger need much more training.

Stayed here one night. The second floor hallway and our room was overwhelmingly musty smelling. The first floor did not seem to have this. Breakfast was what you would expect. Fresh bagels would have been better than prepackaged. So close to NY that I would prefer a fresh bagel.

It was dirty, it had no liquid soap, shower, water, all over the floor while taking a shower sink water splashes all over and toilet water at the flushing it doesn’t stop running very low grade, Hotel

The whole stay was great, we stayed 3 nights and it was peaceful, the staff were all very friendly, it was really nice to say good morning to everyone! All smiles, polite conversion , very attentive and usually one step ahead, ready with anything we had questions about.
The room was very clean, great bathroom, all well stocked, we kept the "do not disturb" sign for our whole stay because we are just used to cleaning up as we go, and we never had to ask for extra toiletries, you have more than enough.
The breakfast was good every morning, and the coffee was good ALL day!
I can't think of a single complaint :}
Looking forward to our next visit.

Most comfortable mattress ever! Super friendly staff. I couldn't believe how nice it was for the price. Perfect place to sleep. Only 20-40 min to Manhattan depending on traffic.

The was a work-related trip, and in a good location. Staff was very friendly and the room was perfect. I will likely stay there again!

I was initially sceptical after reading reviews about bed bugs, stinky bed sheets, However it appears the management has taken the feedback seriously and found a way to rectify the problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the room decor with light decor behind the head boards and study light was unique experience, smart tv with to conect via wifi, bes of all is the bathroom which was very clean and upgraded , excellent breakfast served from 6.30 -10

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was great. I got checked in right away my room was perfect I couldn’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was amazing I definitely recommend

There are 2 different types of services!
In the daytime you need RAJ an older gentleman very very nice!
However, if you’re checking in after 5pm; then you will meet VANKA and/or ROSA!
Don’t make the mistake of mispronouncing ROSA because her authority will JUMP over the counter.
These 2 made my stay very uncomfortable after 1 week; so I decided to CHECK OUT!

I had a good time with the hotel, otherwise the traffic there was horrendous!! The hotel was decent, but needed a few repairs. My room was very clean n everything worked as it should have. But i do have one complaint....that i couldnt take the bed home with me!! Totally awesome bed....n the shower was amazing also.
