Upon arrival at the property I immediately noticed how much trash was scattered about the property. Entering the hotel lobby to check in the filth continued. The carpets were the dirtiest I have ever witnessed. It appeared a large Familly was running the hotel. If it was me I would take some pride in my establishment and start picking up trash and replacing the horrendous carpeting instead of relying on camera tricks only to get you not very desirable ratings on Orbitz which surely are going to discourage future business from considering a stay there. Drapery in the room that I stayed in had to be original as they were in 15 years passed being thrown in a Dumpster. A little pride, elbow grease, window dressing and flooring could make this a nicer hotel while being able to charge more for the rooms while running off the undesirables who have gathered like herds of roaches.

I don't like it,no WI-FI, no servise, no cup, no clean server,

This hotel looks condemned and maybe should be. The room was not too terrible but there was only one towel in the bathroom, no blanket on the bed, (just a sheet and a duvet cover). I asked the office if I could get a towel and they said they don't supply anything after 3pm. I think a lot of people live at this hotel and there's lots of trash around the parking lot.

You are well over due for a complete renovation, room by room. At least you can offer coffe and some sort of breakfast selection, donuts or fruit!

The photo they show is not of the place. The place is dirty, unsafe, stinky, I ran out the moment I entered the place and they still charged me for the day

Dirty! Garbage all around the building. The bathroom made me sick

All I can say is I am thankful I had a beach towel because I would not even lay on the bed I laid on my beach towel, This room should have never been open for public service at all what it disgrace

It was the worse place where I stay! I would Like return what I spend it, it was a dangerous place, dirty, all is old and broken and smell bad.

AVOID at all cost if you value your identity! Do not hand over your ID. They secretly scan your Drivers License or other ID into their computer system...possibly selling it. No notification of ID scanning published. They refused to delete Military ID even when told they were committing a Federal crime. Older Female owner started yelling and called the police on me. She told them I was telling her customers to leave. IQ challenged as she has multiple cameras throughout the lobby including one pointed at customers during registration. Her hostility extended to another customer who chose to cancel his reservation when he was informed of the hotel's electronic ID harvesting. Owner was yelling as he was leaving.

*This is all on room 131* The lights didn’t wanna turn on in the bathroom, the bathroom door don’t lock simple push and opens, fridge wasn’t even on, i picked a room that allows me to smoke and they told me I couldn’t, you could hear other rooms like they are outside your door,

This place is an absolute dump!! Super dirty, Drug addicts hanging out. There were bugs, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, holes in the wall, stains, etc.. The door between rooms would not lock. Missing light bulbs. Horrible experience

Not a place to stay

Good things: The staff is experienced/efficient and friendly. The price is very low. We arrived very late (3am) and was quickly checked in Undesirables: Neighborhood had people walking around at 3am. Traffic noise is loud. The room is dingy and no toilet paper. We only needed a few hours of sleep, so it was okay. If you stay for more than one night, this is not a good place. The staff is great. This place will have business for the lower cost. I saw families coming out of the main building which is likely more clean and safer.

Facilities in the room are not working and not as expected

I got there extremely early and they were gracious enough to have me check in before the time which I was grateful for because I had an eventful night ahead of me and I definitely needed as much sleep as I could get. The staff is kind and deals with everyone according to their needs.

Dangerous. Don't stay. We saw criminal and were propositioned while being checked in. We didn't even go to the room, we left. My review is being rejected by the New Haven Inn. They don't want you to read what I have to say.

The staff was courteous and our room was relatively clean. However that is the only positive comments I can make. The TV, fridge and microwave did not work. Trash and rubbish were all over the outside of the building and in the hallway outside our room. It also felt unsafe as beat up cars and people were in and out of the room at the end of the building I can remember this establishment as being a nice place to stay in the past but not now

Night table broken Curtain rods (all 4 windows) broken Bed not made 😱😱 Floor dirty - not moped Doors and locks to rooms don’t work Light switches don’t work Halls and steps not vacuumed in months - there was black hue to the medium brown carpet Dirty entry way -not mopped in eons - broken tile Chipped tiles in bathroom Shower controls didn’t work Light fixture in bathroom broke Closet door broken Counter with sink in bathroom dangling and totally leaning down to the floor at a 45 degree angle downward!

The Jamaican maintenance guy was great, very friendly and helpful. The front desk I asked for 2 towels they only gave me one I said I need another for my wife they said only one, I told my wife to use half of the towel I use the other. The door need fixing, the entrance and carpet are so dirty. The next door hotel cars in and out at least there was someone always outside. I didn’t sleep watching my car making sure people seen me. The worst no TV remote watch only one channel. lol Never again! 30K investment will help the motel. Contact me to put a budget together to bring it up to date.

everything is over running and broken, too old and disgusting

Room door was damage broke all the way in half looks like it was kicked for a propuse of that room been vandalized the door knock was cover with toilet paper otherwise any one could see thrue it I spend the night very unsafe my wife couldn’t have a pleasant night sleep unfortunately

No towell, no glass, the bathtub was crack from everywhere. The worst hotel of my life.

Wish you guys could help us for the hotel receipt. We needed both of guests name on it.

Arrived at the motel and given two rooms 131 and 133 instead of the 1 room accommodation. There was paint and paint supplies in one room and the other room was absolutely subpar. The aroma of paints was all over that 1st floor. The door locks were fitted duct tape and toilet paper in between and missing screws in the door lock. At least three more rooms were offered but in the same condition as the first, very unsecure. We didn't stay, we left and rented another hotel. No receipt was provide by the management.

The pictures online are a complete lie. For the price I wasn't expecting a lot but this was ten times worse than what I thought it would be. Everything is filthy. Bed sheets had stains and hairs. I asked for clean bed sheets and pillow covers and they acted like I was asking for too much. The toilet wasn't connected to the floor and there only a half roll of toilet paper when I checked into the room and they would not give me more. I had to buy my own. The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in several years.

Great place to stay for a night, especially if your room is above the lobby. Felt safe in that regard. Would not recommend walking outside at any point during the day and I hopped straight into an Uber given the surroundings, even the drivers were nervous about picking me up.

The price was great, nevertheless I shouldn’t have to ask to have towels and a bed comforter or toiletries. The whole property feels looks like it’s falling apart. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. I’ve been in 2 starts Motels that had better amenities. I’ve learned my lesson. But surprisingly enough the property seems to get booked quite often.
